Etrian Odyssey V: website update (Another Color, DLC)

Today is Friday, which means it’s time for the latest website update for Etrian Odyssey V… the last one before launch, since the game will be released on August 4th in Japan. This time around, we get some more character models for Another Color, and some pics for the DLC… nothing really new, unfortunately!

Another Color

This week, we get to see the Another Color models for the following classes:

• Hound
• Shaman

DLC

Yesterday, Famitsu magazine revealed the contents of the 6th bit of DLC for Etrian Odyssey V:

• New Adventurer 6: new illustration of the Gunner from Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard

This DLC will be available from launch, and will be available for free… but only if you have a download code found in the DLC appendix of the latest issue of Famitsu magazine. It will then be available for purchase later down the line, but Atlus doesn’t say when exactly.

Unfortunately, we still don’t know when the music DLC (with the FM synthesis version of the soundtrack) will be released, but there’s no doubt we will hear more about it pretty soon!

Etrian Odyssey V (3DS) comes out on August 4th in Japan. Unfortunately, nothing has been announced for Europe and North America so far.
