TERAVIT – Ver. 001.77

  • Release date: February 28th 2024 (North America) / February 29th 2024 (Europe, Japan)
  • Patch notes:
  • Added the feature “Skin Shop”, where players can sell Skins they have published within the stage and Skins purchased from other users.
    • The profit on Skins purchased from the “Skin Shop” is 50% of the selling price.
    • “Skin Shop” sales will only be returned to the Skin creator.
  • Fixed the issue where it takes time to display Skins when opening the Market screen for the first time after launching the game.
  • Added the ability to display streamer information in the radio dialog opened by the player listening to the radio.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.76

  • Release date: February 21st 2024 (North America) / February 22nd 2024 (Europe, Japan)
  • Patch notes:
New Additions & Changes
  • The following additions have been made to the Event Editor:
    • Added “Set Time” to the “Execute Specific Function” command, which allows players to change the world time to a specified time when the command is called. Time changes are done on a per-world basis.
    • Added a new type of “Popup” to the “Message Display” command that displays visually set characters that appear when the player or a monster receives damage, etc.
  • The “Real Goods Delivery List” button is now marked with an attention mark if the player has Real Goods avaialble for delivery.
  • The delivery list has been modified to be accessible from the Pop-Up store.
  • When returning to the Home Screen from a World Build, the details screen for the World that was just built will now open.
  • In the ‘Switch Appearance ‘ command of the Event Editor, automatic execution Macros can now be used to switch the appearance of the player being controlled.
  • Improved the issue where the target quickly moves away from the object being examined when assets are moving nearby the subject of exmination.
Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where the face decoration “Heavy Mechanic” could not change colors properly.
  • The issue with incorrect names for the following effects has been corrected.
    • “Kirikuma Yuni” has been modified to “Kirikuma Yuni Effect”.
  • The following has been implemented in the “Change Appearance” command of the Event Editor:
    • Fixed an issue where when setting the appearance of an Event to ‘Uploaded Skin’ or ‘Custom Skin’, the ‘Emote’ command played immediately after may not play correctly.
    • Fixed an issue where, after switching the player’s appearance, opening the Inventory and changing equipment would cause the player’s appearance in the Inventory to revert to the one when entering the room.
    • Implemented measures to improve the issue where the base avatar briefly appears when switching the appearance of the operating player.
  • Fixed an issue where if the World creator changes the invitation settings when multiple people are in build, some of the other player’s UI would not change appropriately.
  • Fixed an issue where the target would shift when using “Builder Punch” in a narrow space.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.75

  • Patch notes:
New Additions & Changes
  • Added the function “Pop-Up Store”.
    •  “Pop-Up Store” can be utilized during “Rejeyuca Valentine” and “Stellar Cycle Valentine” events.
    • Real Goods can be purchased at the “Pop-Up Store”.
    • Players can have Real Goods delivered to their home by requesting delivery from the “Real Goods Delivery List”.
    • *Delivery requests cost a fee of 500 yen (or 500 paid jewels for the Switch version).
    • *Players will lose obtained Real Goods if no delivery request is made within 30 days.
    • *The shipping fee will be waived for all Real Goods obtained before the update.
  • Added furniture that is available for a limited time only.
    • Limited-time furniture can be obtained from special Gachas at various Pop-Up Stores.
  • Added new models to selectable NPCs in the Event Editor.
  • Added a function to verify the correct address when registering delivery information for Real Goods.
  • The following changes have been made to the World List:
    • Official Worlds that are picked up are now displayed in one line.
    • Added the categories “Collaboration Worlds” and “Official Worlds”.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.73 and Ver. 001.74

  • Release date: February 7th 2024 (North America) / February 8th 2024 (North America, Europe, Japan)

New Additions & Changes
  • Regarding gimmicks that change visual appearance of avatars, players can no longer select Skins created by players they have blocked or players who have blocked them.
    • If the Skin has already been set, the default Skin will be displayed.
  • Implemented a feature in “Personal Box” and “Storage Box” to automatically group items that can be stacked when organizing.
  • The following changes have been made to the operations of single-player mode on the Switch version:
    • The World save data when playing “Warrior of Hope” in single-player mode is now saved to the Switch. This allows some processing to operate faster.
    • While TERAVIT is running in the above state, the World will be saved every 5 minutes. Please note that the game will not be saved during sleep mode.
    • If “Warrior of Hope” is played single-player mode on the Switch and then played on another platform, the “Save Button” on the World Details screen must be pressed beforehand in the Switch version to save the World data. Without saving the progress from the Switch version will not be carried over when playing on another platform
Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed an issue with “Trade NPCs” where the appearance of NPCs displayed during position adjustments would revert to their initial appearance.
Ver. 001.74
  • Fixed the issue where the comments in the world details and rankings were not able to scroll through, as well as certain player interactions that were not functioning.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.71

  • Spider webs can now be destroyed with all weapons.
  • Adjusted the preview display in Asset selection.
  • Modified the display of some previews in the Build Inventory, such as “Spike Trap” and “Fire Pillar Trap”.
  • Added a function to display “A” in the Event Editor to help identify macros set to run automatically.

Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed an issue in the Android version where Teravit packages stored in the cache were deleted when storage capacity was close to maximum, preventing normal operation.
  • Fixed the following issues with the function that changes the appearance of some gimmicks:
    • Skins created by combining skin parts do not display properly.
    • When set to a specific monster, the configured monster is not displayed.
  • Fixed the following issues in Build Mode:
    • Shortcuts like Ctrl+Z were responding while the inventory was open.
    • Transitioning to Flight Mode from underwater or the water surface would cause the character to move forward automatically.
  • Fixed the issue where selecting ‘Restart from the Game Start Point’ during a Quest and retrying would result in nothing happening even after passing the game starting point.
  • Fixed the issue where the effects remained when canceling the attack of the “Super Laser” item by switching weapons.
  • Fixed the issue where Skins set as “Upload for Personal Use” could not be deleted.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.69

New Additions & Changes
  • Added the new command “Execute Specific Function” to the Event Editor. Players can now notify the game of the following events:
    • Game Start: Execute the function of the “Game Start Point” marker.
    • Goal: Execute the function of the “Goal Point” marker.
    • When using the “Execute Specific Function” command, in addition to configuring the command, players need to set the quest to be executed in the “World” section under “Quest Settings”.
  • Added a feature that allows players to select a Skin made by a combination of Skin parts.
    • *Effects set on the Skin will not be displayed.
  • Players can now set the appearance of villagers, monsters, and animals for the following gimmicks:
    • Conversation NPCs
    • Craft NPCs
    • General Store Clerks
    • Blacksmith Clerks
    • Accessory Shop Clerks
    • Item Shop Clerks
    • Cashiers
    • Trade NPCs
  • The skin selection screen has been changed so that it is possible to display the following items for each selectable skin. Items that cannot be selected will not be displayed.
    • Uploaded Skins: Skins that have been uploaded and purchased. (Will not be displayed if none are owned.)
    • Custom Skins: Skins created by combining owned parts and official skins.
    • Monsters: The appearance of enemy NPC (Non-Player Character) monsters.
    • Villagers/Travelers: The appearance of humanoid NPCs that do not attack.
    • Animals: Animals such as goats and pigs.
Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where the Build Menu would be displayed when pressing Ctrl+F (LT+B for XInput controllers) when changing flight speed in Build Mode.
  • Fixed an issue where crafting NPCs would disappear when performing certain operations on the crafting NPC’s recipe editing screen.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.68

■Fix the issue where acquired items during multiplayer gameplay after version ‘001.65’, were not being properly saved in the world.

 

Compensation for the Current Issue

We have implemented the following compensation for the worlds ‘Warrior of Hope’ and ‘Chat World’.

  • For players on the Nintendo Switch version, there was an issue where items would disappear when starting multiplayer by selecting ‘Play in the same room together’. We have provided compensation by sending the missing items to the ‘Gacha Storage’ accessible from the Gacha Machine in the world. Please check for the compensation in the game.
  • When playing multiplayer as the room master, there was an issue where acquired items were not being saved properly. We have provided compensation by sending the items that were not saved to the ‘Gacha Storage’ accessible from the gacha machine in the world. Please check for the compensation in the game.
  • For players who joined the multiplayer as a participant, there was an issue where acquired items were not being saved properly. Please contact us through the inquiry form with ‘Information of the affected world and the missing items’ that you would like assistance with. We will investigate the logs and provide compensation after confirming the details only for items purchased with Jewels.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.65

  • Patch notes:
New Additions & Changes
  • Attack Power and Defense Power can now be set in the Event Editor.
    • Both can now also be obtained from System Variables.
  • Flight speed can now be changed during Build Mode.
    • Players can change the flight speed using the button added to the top left of the screen during Build Mode or by pressing Ctrl+F (LT+B for XInput controllers).
    • Flight speed can be adjusted in 3 levels.
    • Players can move through blocks only at the third level.
  • Added an “Object Display” option in Video Settings.
  • Added new Skin Effect, “Confetti”.
    • The effect “Confetti” will be distributed to player gift boxes upon log-in to commemorate 300,000 total downloads.
    • The distribution period is from 14:00 JST on January 18th, 2024, to 15:00 JST on February 8th, 2024. Please receive it from the gift box before the period ends.
  • Changed the process for selecting the platform when redeeming points for Jewels from the creators’ site.
    • Players can only receive them from the gift box on the selected platform.
  • In Trading, the receiving deadline has been changed to 90 days for both gifts that are sent when players select Jewels as the reward-receiving method and the presents during Jewel redemption.
  • If Jewels are selected as the reward for a trade item, the reward gift can now only be received on the platform where the item was sold.
  • After registering the desired items through the trading function, when the expiration date passes the gift can now only be opened on the platform where item was registered.
    • The expiration period for the corresponding gift is 90 days.
  • When withdrawing an item listed using the trade function, items that were listed on a platform with different item management for the item the player wants to sell can no longer be withdrawn.
    • Regarding items for purchase, items listed on different platforms cannot be withdrawn.
  • Added a feature to disable the display of pop-ups that appear upon clearing Achievements.
    • Turn off “Display on Achievement Clear” from the “Account Related Settings” screen (accessible from “Account”) to prevent pop-ups from being displayed.

Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed the issue in the Gacha Storage screen where the display becomes distorted when changing the screen resolution.
  • Inappropriate icons have been removed from the log output of the Event Editor.
  • Fixed the issue where calculations with multiple operations in the variable calculation of the Event Editor (ex: B = A+A+A) were not being correctly computed.
  • Fixed the issue where the editing screen of gimmicks could not be closed in specific situations.
  • Fixed the issue where the preview of the “Treasure Chest” item details and the appearance when placed were different.
  • Fixed the issue where the flying state could not be entered when near the water surface in Build Mode.
  • Fixed the issue where equipped effects would sometimes not be displayed in the World under specific conditions.
  • Fixed the issue where the screen transition process was executed multiple times when the button was pressed repeatedly.
  • Fixed the issue in Video Settings where vehicles ridden were not displayed in some cases based on distance when the object display range was set to ‘Standard’ or ‘Nearby only’.

New Additions & Changes
  • Added “Max ST” to the system variable of the Event Editor.
  • The names of players who joined as spectators will now be displayed during Build Mode.
  • The coordinate display below the mini map has been updated to refresh even during Test Mode.
  • The Monster’s appearance is now displayed above the status information of the onster in various monster selection dialogs.
  • Added the ability to select the thumbnail of the currently chosen World in the thumbnail of the Streamer Mode.
  • Made a change in the smartphone version to allow the use of screenshots that can be set in the World for thumbnail images in Streamer Mode.
  • Jewels are now displayed upon delivery in the Creator’s site history when trading and receiving desired items.
  • Made changes in the Event Editor to allow switching the player’s appearance using the “Switch Appearance” command.
    • Appearances can be reverted to how they initially were by selecting the reset icon at the beginning of the “Player” in the “Switch Appearance” command upon entering the Stage.
    • The applicable appearances that can be set are limited to those that can be applied as skins.
  • Added a feature that limits consecutive messaging for a certain period when continuously using the “World Chat” and “Global Chat”
  • Fixed the issue where the level would increase when combining the same item for the following:
    • Xmas Mic
    • Penlight (Various Colors)
    • Sparkling Clappers

    • An issue where editing commands would sometimes inadvertently change the content of other pages.
    • An issue where the UI of the Undo button in the top right of the Event Editor wouldn’t update.
    • An issue where the scroll position of the Command List would automatically move to the top or bottom.
  • Fixed the issue of continuous sound during Theater Mode.
  • Fixed the issue where an error occurs when attacking during weapon switching.
  • Fixed an issue where the keymap for keyboard operations may be displayed while operating in Virtual Battle.
  • Fixed an issue where the accessory “Amulet of Tenacity” would not break.
  • Fixed an issue where the names of opposing players would be displayed momentarily.
  • Fixed an issue where players spectating themselves could be targeted.
  • Fixed an issue where the check for prohibited words was not applied when displaying other player names on the World map.
  • Fixed an issue where the buttons would not respond when attacking some monsters.
  • Fixed an issue where when using the item “Fireworks” when a player was nearby, the fireworks would hit the player and the effect would be displayed at a lower position than expected.
  • Fixed an issue where when displaying the Emotion purchase screen, the purchase button could be pressed even if no Emotion was selected.
  • Fixed an issue where “Reset Items” and “Reset Settings” in Sound Settings were not working.
  • Fixed an issue in the Switch version where the game would crash when talking to Conversation NPCs in the World.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.61

  • Release date: December 26th 2023 (North America) / December 27th 2023 (Europe, Japan)
  • Patch notes:
  • Fixed an issue where it was possible to obtain items in an unauthorized way by performing certain operations.
    • This has a significant impact on game progression, and for players who have been listing items in trades that they would not normally be able to acquire, as well as for players who will do so in the future, the following measures will be taken.
    • Removing fraudulent items that are currently listed
    • Deleting play data in Worlds where items were acquired using the bug.
    • Deleting Jewels or Points obtained through the sale of items acquired using the bug
    • The players in question will be subject to a BAN until the above-mentioned correspondence is completed

To World creators, if there have been damages caused by unauthorized players due to this issue, please contact the operations team through the inquiry form. After careful examination, we will proceed to implement a similar response. Creators of Worlds that appear to have been affected will be contacted separately via email.

  • Fixed an issue where the player would become unable to control when dying while attacking with a Pickaxe or Bare Hands.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.58

New Additions & Changes
  • The new world “Performance Hall (α)” has been released.
    • The Room Master can take the stage as a performer and deliver a live-like performance to an audience.
    • The audience can also enhance the live performance using items that are sold within the world, such as “Penlights”, “Fireworks”, and “Sparkling Clappers”.
  • The object “Fan Board” has been added. Details regarding the “Fan Board” are as follows:
    • The Fan Board is installed in the new world “Performace Hall (α)”.
    • Each Fan Board has designated players to whom messages can be sent, and players can confirm the recipient’s username on the Fan Board screen.
    • Players can send Jewels with messages.
    • The number of Jewels paid determines the number of days the message will be displayed at the top of the Fan Board, the maximum number of characters, and the maximum number of lines available.
    • Points generated by the paid Jewels will be returned to the user who received the message.
  • The object “Special Gacha” has been added. Details regarding the “Special Gacha” are as follows:
    • The Special Gacha is installed in the new world “Performance Hall (α)”.
    • Some of the prizes include real goods, which players can have delivered to them at a later date by entering their address.
    • The points generated by paid Jewels will be returned to the player selling the goods.
  • The following items have been added. Each item can be sold by the general Shop Clerk.
    • Penlight (Each Color)
    • Fireworks(Small)
    • Fireworks(Medium)
    • Sparkling Clappers
  • Made a temporary change so that when playing Gacha from a first-person perspective, the camera switches to a third-person perspective.
Bugs Fixed
  • Issues with the following Skin Parts have been fixed. For avatars that have already been applied, the changes will take effect by editing and saving the parts again.
    • The face parts of “Fluffy Angel” had a problem where the chin would break when the expression changed.
    • Some colors were not applied to parts of the head of the “Devil Girl”.
  • Fixed the issue of the surface effects of “Green Gem”, “Blue Gem”, and “Red Gem” being displayed incorrectly.
  • Fixed the issue in the World “Unions”, where durability decreased even when swinging weapons in empty spaces.
  • Fixed the issue where the client freezes when posting in the Global Chat.
  • Fixed the issue in the Event Editor Beta where upcoming images were mistakenly included among the icon images selectable with the “Log Output” command.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.57

  • Patch notes:
  • Fixed an issue in the world ‘Unions’ that occurred in versions 001.55 and earlier.
    • We kindly ask players to upgrade to version 1.56 or later when playing in this specific world.
  • Fixed the issue where errors occurred when breaking a Free Block.

TERAVIT – Ver. 001.56

  • Release date: December 13th 2023 (North America) / December 14th 2023 (North America, Europe, Japan)
  • Patch notes:
New Additions & Changes
  • Released a new world ‘Unions (α)’.
    • Players will be divided into two teams, engaging in battles based on their chosen roles.
    • The team with the most points wins in this competitive team battle.
    • The icons for Teams A ~ D have been updated.
  • In the Switch version, players can now check for updated files when they return to the world list by leaving a room, etc..
  • The following additions have been made to the system variables of the Event Editor:
    • “QUEST_ID: Quest ID” allows players to retrieve the ID of the specified quest.
    • “MAIN_QUEST: Main Quest Identification” enables players to determine whether the specified quest is a main quest or not.
    • Players can retrieve the state of the quest with “QUEST_STATE: Quest State”. Each state is as follows:
      • 1: Quest Occurance
      • 2: Quest Accepted
      • 4: Quest Complete ※1
      • 5: Quest Failed ※1
      • 6: Quest Reward Received ※2
        • ※1 Regarding States 4 and 5, if it is a main quest, the game will transition to Quest Occurance 1 second after it is completed.
        • ※2 State 6 applies only after receiving rewards for a subquest.
    • Players can get the remaining time of an ongoing “Time Attack” quest under “QUEST_TIMELIMIT: Quest Remaining Time”.
      • Quests can be obtained using the “Quest List” in the event editor’s “Iteration” command. If used outside of iteration, the main quest will be specified.
  • Adjusted the timing of Chat Log occurrences during login and player kills in the game “Arena Shooter”.
  • Updated so official Skins cannot be deleted.
Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed the issue where changing weapons would render the controls unresponsive.
  • Fixed the issue where equipping a shield that increases the power of specific weapons and attacking multiple opponents would result in a significant increase in damage to subsequently hit opponents.
  • Fixed the issue where certain operations could cause world data to be retained in worlds that should not be retained, or vice versa.
  • Fixed the issue on the following screens where pressing and holding the middle-equipped weapon slot would move the player to another slot:
    • Exchange Office
    • Storage Box
    • Personal Box
  • Fixed the issue in the Event Editor’s ‘Set Status’ command where the settings for the ‘Damage Multiplier’ effect value and effect duration were not being reflected for the status type ‘State Change’.
  • Fixed the issue where the display of equipped Mode Items would sometimes change when performing actions such as rearranging items on the inventory screen.
  • Fixed the issue where after linking accounts with an account created on the smartphone version, signing in on a different device and then signing out would sometimes prevent signing in again on the original device
  • Fixed the issue where the application forcibly closed when opening the Friend details screen while holding down the right stick when using a controller.
  • The error messages that appear when entering a room have been updated. Additionally, the issue in the PC version where the mouse cursor was not being displayed when an error occurred has been fixed.
  • Fixed the issue where an error occurred when selecting related worlds on the World Details screen
  • Fixed the issue where the base settings could be changed in the score configuration when using controller inputs.
  • When listing items for trade, players can now select Jewels as a method of receiving rewards.
  • Fixed an issue where the operation keys were displayed differently than expected in the dialog for transferring the contents Storage Boxes when using a gamepad.
  • Fixed an issue where the user popup of the player who commented couldn’t be opened from Global Chat messages.
  • Fixed an issue where scrolling was not working correctly when displaying the “Specified Commercial Transactions Law” on the smartphone and Switch versions.
  • Fixed an issue where the check for prohibited words was not applied to Conversation NPCs.

New Additions & Changes
  • The virtual pad will now be displayed in the Switch’s handheld mode when there are no controllers connected.
  • The following changes have been made in the “Event Editor”:
    • Added the ability to select the type of wireless channel to stop in the “Stop Gimmick” command.
    • A new system variable, “Room Master Identification”, has been added. With “Room Master Identification” players can determine whether the current operating player is the room master or not.
Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed the issue where line breaks were occurring in the middle of words in automatically translated sentences when the language setting is configured to English.
  • In the Build Mode item list, multiple entries of ‘Toxic Gray Grass’ were registered, so one of them has been changed to ‘Soil’.
  • Fixed an issue where the size and position were misaligned in the preview of certain block assets.
  • Fixed the issue in the ‘Item Settings’ command of the Event Editor, where the icon size of the item description increased significantly when the cursor was placed on ITEM_ID.
  • Fixed the issue where the World “Warrior of Hope” would not become single-player when starting play using the shortcut button.
  • Fixed the issue where the “In Game” indication was not appearing on the thumbnail of worlds displayed in free word searches
  • Fixed the issue where messages set in the quest rules for ‘Time Race’ and ‘Time Attack’ were not subject to automatic translation.
  • Fixed an issue where the confirmation dialog during chest transfer due to World updates was not accessible while using a gamepad.

How to download updates for TERAVIT for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for TERAVIT, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
