      • Fixed a problem in which Super Armor was sometimes not removed after receiving an armor break.
    • Shield
      • Fixed an issue where a Shield Failure Guard would not occur correctly while shielding a multi-hit projectile attacks.
    • RANKED MATCH
      • In network mode rank matches, RP (rank points) are no longer increased or decreased by incorrect values.

      • Fixed a bug in which if “Luck” was too high, “Luck” would not decrease correctly even if you drew the jackpot slot in “Cat Packet 2022” or “Abaddon Force”.
    • Super Armor
      • Fixed a bug that could cause the effect of armor to end when hit by an attack that was not an armor break.
    • Shield
      • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused extremely short recovery after stopping a hold.
      • Fixed a bug where Shield back and Shield Failure Guard would sometimes not work properly when shielding attacks and projectile attacks at the same time.
    • Shield Counter B+C
      • The phenomenon where a slight difference in situation was created depending on whether the player was 1P or 2P when using Shield Counter B+C near the edge of the screen has been alleviated.

    • Combo System
      • The no-tech duration of ground-bouncing attacks has been changed to shorten only in the case of extremely long combos
      • Changed so that the no-tech duration for jump attacks is also applied to aerial unique skills. The no-tech duration for aerial unique skills has been reduced only for extremely long combos.
  • Fixed a bug in the game system.

      • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the opponent to not start moving faster than the opponent when offsetting with a jump attack.
    • Ground Throws
      • Fixed a bug that prevented the throw from occurring at certain times.
    • Combo System
      • Fixed a bug in which the no-tech duration for ground-bouncing techniques did not decrease correctly according to the length of the sequence.
      • Fixed a bug in which the process of increasing the no-tech duration of jump attacks was also applied to unique skills in the air
      • Fixed a bug in which the no-tech duration was shorter in some cases than in previous versions.

    • Ranked Match
      • Fixed a bug that caused Rapid Beat Type to return to default after training standby ended.
    • Replay
      • Fixed a bug where Rapid Beat Type was not properly reflected when recording replays in network mode.

How to download updates for Melty Blood: Type Lumina for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Melty Blood: Type Lumina, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
