LEGO Dimensions: trailer for vehicle and gadget building

Today, Warner Bros. and TT Games revealed a brand new trailer for LEGO Dimensions, LEGO’s answer to the Skylanders and Disney Infinity phenomenoms. As you can imagine, the game comes with LEGO figures and blocks instead of the usual figures from others toys-to-life games.

And that’s where the LEGO part kicks in: you can build and rebuild the various vehicles and gadgets (with three different “patterns” for vehicles), and then use them in the game. The new trailer revealed today focuses on that very aspect of the game, which really sets LEGO Dimensions apart from Skylanders or Disney Infinity. Even in video game form, LEGO still manages to keep its identity!

Finally, a short update about the LEGO Worlds game we mentionned a couple of days ago: it’s actually a PC game, available right now on Steam Early Access.
