Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door – New trailer showcases the game’s world, Rogueport preview

Today is May 1st, which means that the Nintendo Switch remake of Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is releasing later this very month (on May 23rd, to be precise!).

To further whet the appetite of fans (who have been patiently waiting since the game’s announcement, in September 2023) and to entice newcomers, Nintendo has shared a brand new trailer for the game.

This new trailer gives us a look at some of the colourful locations Mario and his companions will get to explore in the game. Rogueport (which serves as hub to the other regions), Petalburg, Twilight Town, Keelhaul Key, and more… There’s lot of different sceneries to enjoy in this adventure!

And that’s not all! There’s another video for you to check out, this time focusing on Rogueport. It gives us a look at the dangerous town (the very first area of the game) and offers a preview of its music theme (a brand new arrangement!):
