Pokémon Shuffle

Today, a brand new update for Pokémon Shuffle has gone live (Ver. 1.2.21). As usual, it brings some new stages/events, and more precisely:

  • several new stages
  • a re-run of the Mega Banette competition. Just like last time, it allows you to get a Banettite, but the reward you end up with depend on your overall rank at the end of the competition (which runs until November 2nd). Here’s what you can get:
  1. Top 5,000 players in Japan, Top 1,500 players in North America, Top 1,000 players in Europe: Banettite + Mega Speedup
  2. Top 65,000 players in Japan, Top 23,000 players in North America, Top 16,000 players in Europe: Banettite
  3. Top 80,000 players in Japan, Top 28,000 players in North America, Top 19,000 players in Europe: Attack Power
  4. Not ranked or already own a Banettite: a Jewel.
  • a re-run of the Escalation Battle featuring Giratina. As usual, the reward you get keep getting better and better every time you beat it. This special challenge runs until November 2nd. Here’s the list of rewards:
  1. Level 5: 1000 coins
  2. Level 10: Disruption Delay
  3. Level 30: Mega Start
  4. Level 50: Mega Speedup
  5. Level 60: 2000 Coins
  6. Level 75: 2000 Coins
  7. Level 85: 2000 Coins
  8. Level 100: Mega Speedup
  • Escalation Battle featuring Cresselia (Mobile only)
  • Regirock event stage (Mobile only)

Pokémon distribution

If you live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, then you should definitely head to the nearest GameStop store in order to get your serial code for Hoopa! You have until November 7th to go get it, and January 10th to redeem the serial code.

Pokkén Tournament

Here’s some details about the two new Support Pokémon, available in the Arcade version of Pokkén Tournament in Japan:

  • Mismagius: uses Ominous Wind, hits the enemy and increase your attack power;
  • Ninetales: uses Will-O-Wisp, which sends a small flame in front of your Pokémon (which damages the enemy).
