Xeodrifter: tentative release date for Europe / Australia / New Zealand (June 18th)

Xeodrifter is a 2D action/platformer by Renegade Kid, who made this game for two reasons:

– they wanted to make a game in the Metroid-like / Metroidvania style
– they need something to release in 2014, as Treasurenauts wasn’t quite ready and they didn’t want to cut down anything.

Since its launch, it’s been quite popular in North America, and many European players have been eagerly waiting for Xeodrifter to come out on the Nintendo eShop in Europe. Well, it looks like the wait is almost over, as the game could very well launch on June 18th (in roughly 2 weeks) in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand (if everything goes well). The date isn’t 100% guaranteed just yet, but Renegade Kid is quite confident it will come out on that day.

The price, however, is 100% confirmed:

– 8.99€ in Europe
– 7.99£ in the United Kingdom

Xeodrifter (3DS eShop) should come out on June 18th in Europe, Australia and New Zealand!
