SteamWorld Heist – Ambassador Challenge #4: Show your Social Media skills

SteamWorld Heist comes out later this year on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, but if you’re interested, you can play the game before everyone else. To do so, you simply have to become a SteamWorld Ambassador. How to become one? Well, it’s quite simple: you just need to win one of Image & Form’s challenges!

Last time around, fans had to create epic one-liners for the game. But for the fourth SteamWorld Ambassador Challenge, Image & Form decided to do something a tad different. In order to be part of the fourth round of SteamWorld Ambassador, fans will have to show off their Social Media skills by proposing some fun ideas for social media.Just like last time, there’s 3 categories, which means three chances to win!

Here’s the three categories, straight up from the Image & Form blog:

1. Hashtag for Twitter and Instagram: It should be a short and catchy one that really captures the feeling you get from the SteamWorld games and Image & Form. Make it personal and relatable. Like Nike’s #justdoit and Red Bull’s #givesyouwings.
2. YouTube video series: Anything you would like to see on a regular basis.
3. Your best other creative idea: Go wild! Want us to go on Snapchat, Pinterest or host weekly Twitch streams? You decide what you want us to do in this category.

Just be careful though: your ideas have to be doable, so it’s no use to come up with something super awesome and super flashy if it can’t be done in real life (for example, “Retweet and win the game and a Ferrari” won’t do it). Image & Form actually recommends you to link to existing content, to show off your idea (if possible).

We need your ideas by Friday June 5th at 23:59 CEST (EU) / 5:59 PM EDT (NA). We’ll pick a winner over the weekend and reveal the SteamWorld Ambassadors in next week’s Tuesday update. By submitting your ideas you give us the right to freely use them in our daily work. We reserve the right to judge whether we use the winning entries or not, and might alter them as we see fit.
