Puyo Puyo Chronicle: details on the skills, more gameplay footage

Yesterday, SEGA shared some more details for Puyo Puyo Chronicle, and more precisely the skills you get to use in the Skill Battle rules (Story Mode, Multiplayer and Internet Play). As mentioned before, each character have their own skills, and there’s actually two types:

• Special Skills: they need to be activated manually, and they use MP;
• Auto Skills: they are activated automatically when the right conditions are met.

Here’s the skills for the various playable characters in Puyo Puyo Chronicle:

• Arles

1. Auto Skill: Mage Egg (increases Attack power of allies)
2. Special Skill: Heaven Ray (changes the colour of a column of Puyo to Blue)

• Allie

1. Auto Skill: Power of Love (increases Defense of allies)
2. Special Skill: Love All (recovers HP)

• Amitie

1. Auto Skill: Energetic (increases amount of MP)
2. Special Skill: ἔκρηξις (changes Ojama Puyo to Red Puyo)

• Draco Centaur

1. Auto Skill: Roar! (increases Attack power of allies (Green))
2. Special Skill: Draco Flame (changes the colour of a column of Puyo to Green)

• Ringo

1. Auto Skill: Curious Mind (increases Attack power of allies)
2. Special Skill: Inverse (changes the colour of a column of Puyo to Red)

• Maguro

1. Auto Skill: Successful Bold Move (increases Defense of allies)
2. Special Skill: Moon Landing (changes Ojama Puyo to Blue)
