Fire Emblem Heroes: special Heroes from the Choose your Legends event not coming before Summer
Before Fire Emblem Heroes was launched, Nintendo held a “Choose your Legends” event on the game’s official website. Basically, it was a popularity vote, where fans of the series and players from all around the world could vote for their favourite characters from the Fire Emblem series.
The most popular characters would then be added to Fire Emblem Heroes as special Heroes, separate for their regular version, and with a special illustration. In other words, they will be counted as separate characters (just like the “regular” Lucina, and her Spring Festival version), most definitely with their own sets of skills too.
Right now, it’s not clear whether they will be available from a Summoning Focus, or distributed as special Log-in Bonuses instead.
The results of the vote were revealed a few days after the game’s launch, and you can check them out in this post. The following 4 characters (who won the popularity vote) will be added to the game as Special Heroes:
- Ike
- Lyn
- Roy
- Lucina
Unfortunately, said Heroes are still not available in Fire Emblem Heroes, and fans will have to be a bit more patient before being able to get them. Indeed, it was announced today (via the game’s official Twitter account) that they would not be added before this Summer.
