Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp – Overview trailer and footage

Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp is a “collection” that includes remakes of the first two games in the Advance Wars series:

  • Advance Wars

The Orange Star Nation is under attack! The first game in the Advance Wars saga begins with the nation of Orange Star in a war against the neighboring Blue Moon. Battle through all four countries of Cosmo Land: Orange Star, Blue Moon, Green Earth, and Gold Comet.

  • Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising

A mysterious force is threatening Cosmo Land. Now you must work together to win the battle!

Originally slated for December 2021 release, then delayed to April 2022, the launch of that collection was put on hold following the invasion of Ukraine a mere few weeks before launch. But during the latest Nintendo Direct presentation in February, it was announced that it will finally be released on April 21st in Europe and North America (no Japanese release planned as of writing).

On Friday, Nintendo of America shared the usual overview trailer for Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp. It introduces the gameplay, the contents of this “collection”, the various features, and more. If you want to get a good look at what the two games have to offer, this is a great video to check out!
