Splatoon: results of the first European and North American Splatfest

European Splatfest

The results are in, and Team Rock was the winner of the very first European Splatfest. Not only was it the most popular team, with 64% of all players picking it up over Team Pop, it was also the best one with 53% of all matches won. The final results are: 170 points for Team Rock, and 130 points for Team Pop.

North American Splatfest

The North American Splatfest ended a few hours ago, which means it’s finally time for the results. So… who won in the end? Team Cats, or Team Dogs? Well, it’s Team Dogs who won, with 160 points (vs 140 for Team Cats), but everything was not as straightforward as you might have imagined… In fact, Team Dogs only won by sheer numbers!

Indeed, Team Cats actually won more matches than Team Dogs: 51% vs 49%. Unfortunately for that team, there was more dogs lovers at Inkopolis: 62% of all players who took part in the Splatfest picked up Team Dogs, and only 38% Team Cats.
