Famitsu previews (Nov. 24) – Lost Reavers / Monster Strike / Monster Hunter X

Lost Reavers

Lost Reavers is a 4-player co-op action Free 2 Start game for the Wii U, announced back in January. In September, Bandai-Namco launched an online beta for the game (which ran for 10 days), but since then, we haven’t heard anything about the game. However, it looks like the wait is finally over: the game will be showcased in Famitsu magazine this week!

Famitsu magazine will have details about the various gameplay systems, as well as the four playable characters. There will also be an interview with Harada Katsuiro (Producer, Bandai-Namco Entertainment) and Takashi Otani (Producer, Bandai-Namco Studio). Apparently, game development is 97% complete.

Monster Strike

This week, Monster Strike will get its 7th article in Famitsu magazine, with 6 pages of new details about the game. Famitsu will tell us more about Strike Card, Ticket Quests, a new female character, and some new monsters. There will also be an interview with the developers: Teppei Sunamura (planning) and Kondo Masayuki (monster design), who will talk about the creation of two monsters (Kagutsuchi and Olive) and other topics.

Monster Hunter X

Monster Hunter X comes out this Saturday in Japan, and to “celebrate”, Famitsu is going to have a massive 42-page article entirely dedicated to the game. It will offer a nice recap of previously-revealed information, with details about monsters and fields, but also some tips for Hunting Skills and Hunting Styles, and more.
