Yo-kai Watch Busters: Aka Neko-dan / Shiro Inu-tai is a spin-off of the Yo-kai Watch series, based on the multiplayer component of Yo-kai Watch 2: Ganso / Honke / Shin Uchi. It came out on July 11th in Japan, and despite being a “mere” spin-off, it managed to pass the 1 million sales milestones in less than a month.
Of course, Level-5 isn’t done promoting the game on TV… far from it! This week, the latest round of commercials for Yo-kai Watch Busters: Aka Neko-dan / Shiro Inu-tai debuted. They feature a kid and his dad, who becomes quite weak-kneed (literally!) when comes the time to go fight Mighty Dog.

With the Summer vacations in full-swing, and the Obon festival coming next week (period generally very beneficial to kid or family-friendly games and consoles), it’s no wonder Level-5 launched this new TV ad campaign this week!
