Puzzle & Dragons X: more gameplay footage shows a boss, several towns
In the past few days, CoroCoro magazine uploaded a few gameplay videos for Puzzle & Dragons X, showing some battles, but also Tamazo Armour, co-op, and Grand Bosses. If you want more, no problem: the magazine uploaded two more videos this morning, showcasing more elements from the game.
In the first gameplay video, we can see that when two enemies spot you at once and catch up to you, they can team up and then fuse to become a stronger monster. In the video, we also get to see a battle against a boss, with a mysterious character transforming into a dragon.

In the second video, we get to see some of the towns of Dragoza Island. There’s various shops to be found, such as:
- Dragoza Communication Center (to play in co-op)
- Soul Armor shop, where you can you do the following:
- create Soul Armour with materials
- buy Soul Armour
- power up the Soul Armour you have
- sell
- Gacha machines, with different machines available. You need to use D-Medals on them, in order to get some new monsters.
We also get to see some of the other towns, which can be found in the 5 regions of Dragoza Island. In each one, you will find various facilities, including a library. The player can use their flying partner to instantly fly to a given location, which is pretty useful. At the end, the player ends up on an icy mountain, in order to fight a boss.

Puzzle & Dragons X (3DS) comes out on July 28th in Japan.
