Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – All the Events and Content updates [December 2018]

Since Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is a smartphone game, with micro-transactions as business model, it’s going to get various events and content updates on a regular basis. Just like Fire Emblem Heroes (and to a lesser extent, Miitomo), the goal is to make sure players keep playing… and spending, obviously.

December 3rd

• [Event] The second half of the latest Garden Event, Jingle’s Holly Jolly Roundup, is now live. Check out this post for more details! (available until December 10th)
• [Log-in Bonus] To celebrate the start of the second half of the latest Garden Event, players can now get the following as Special Log-in Bonus: blue-poinsettia seeds x20 (available until December 10th)

December 5th

• [Animals] A new Special Item is now available: Jingle’s holiday balloon (requires Leaf Ticket x350). Crafting it allows you to invite Jingle to your campsite! Animals page updated! (available until February 6th)

December 6th

• [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonus is now live. It allows you to get the following: fertilizer x3, elegant essence x3, calling card x1, Leaf Ticket x5, cute essence x3, river throw net x3, and Leaf Ticket x10 (available until December 13th)

December 7th

• [Goals] A new set of Timed Goals is now live: Kudos Goals. Clearing those allows you to earn some Leaf Tickets, but also Fortune Cookies. There’s various categories: taking pictures of your campsite, giving kudos, befriending players, and more (available until December 14th)

December 10th

December 11th

• [Events] The 6th Gyroidite Scavenger Hunt event is now live. Check out this post for all the details! (available until December 21st)
• [Shovelstrike Quarry] While the 6th Gyroidite Scavenger Hunt event is running, you can find Toy Day gyroidite at the Shovelstrike Quarry (but only when the icon is displayed on the map) (available until December 21st)
• [Store] A new Pack is available for purchase: Gyroidite-Jammed Pack. It includes the following: Leaf Ticket x100 (80 + 20 Bonus) and Toy Day gyroidite x20 (can only be purchased up to 5 times, available until December 21st)
• [Goals] A new set of Timed Goals is now available: Gyroidite Goals (available until December 21st)

December 10th

December 12th

• [Cookies] A new Fortune Cookie and related set of Stamp Trade rewards are now available: white gothic-rose cookie. Fortune Cookies page updated! (available until March 12th)
• [Terrain] New terrain options are now available: snowscape (back, middle, and fore) (no end date)

December 13th

• [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonus is now live. It allows you to get the following: honey x3, harmonious essence x3, Request Ticket x2, Leaf Ticket x5, cool essence x3, sea throw net x3, and Leaf Ticket x10 (available until December 20th)

December 14th

• [Crafting] New pieces of clothing are now available for crafting: black letter jacket, black rain boots, festive dress, beige tights, and red shoes (no end date)

December 17th

• [Animals] 5 new Animals have arrived: Flurry (snow globe), Fang (mustache matryoshka), Aurora (aurora screen), Diana (jewelry case), Bianca (snowboard). Animals page updated! (no end date)
• [Goals] A new set of Timed Goals is now live: Host the Most (available until December 23rd)

December 18th

• [Events] The 9th Fishing Tourney is now live. Check out this post for all the details! (available until December 26th, with trophy pick-up available until December 27th)
• [Goals] A new set of Timed Goals is now live: Chip Challenges (available until December 26th)
• [Store] A new pack is now available in the Store: Fishing Tourney Support Pack. It includes the following: Leaf Ticket x100 (80 + 20 Bonus), lg. tourney throw net x1, tourney throw net x1 (can only be purchased once, available until December 26th)

December 20th

• [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonus is now live. It allows you to get the following: fertilizer x3, hip essence x3, Calling Card x1, Leaf Ticket x5, rustic essence x3, river throw net x3, and Leaf Ticket x10 (available until December 27th)

December 21st

December 24th

• [Log-in Bonus] In order to celebrate Christmas Toy Day, all players can claim the following as special Log-in Bonus: Toy Day dollhouse (available until January 24th)
• [Wallpaper] In order to celebrate Toy Day Christmas, Nintendo has shared a special wallpaper for your smartphone! (no end date)

December 27th

• [Event] The 3rd Seasonal Event is called Chilly Jamboree, and it’s now live. Check out this post for all the details! (available until January 29th)
• [Store] A new pack is now available in the Store: Chilly Jamboree Seasonal Pack. It includes the following: Leaf Ticket x30 (20 + 10 bonus), snowball x5 (can be purchased up to 5 times, available until January 29th)

• [Event] The latest Garden Event, Tortimer’s Floral Fancy, is now live. It features some New Year-themed clothing and furniture. More details in this post! (available until January 7th)
