Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – All the Events and Content updates (October/November 2017)
Since Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is a smartphone game, with micro-transactions as business model, it’s going to get various events and content updates on a regular basis. Just like Fire Emblem Heroes (and to a lesser extent, Miitomo), the goal is to make sure players keep playing… and spending, obviously.
On this page, we’re going to list all the events and content updates for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp in October and November 2017. For the most recent updates, make sure to check out this post instead!
October 25th
- [Other] Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp was launched today in Australia. Click here for all you need to know!
- [Log-in Bonus] For a limited time, all players can get various goodies each day they play: 1 Left Ticket, and more (available until November 4th)
- [Log-in Bonus] For a limited time, all players can get various goodies the first 10 days they play: 1 Veggie Basket, and more (available until September 13th, 2020)
- [Goals] A first of Timed Goals are available. Clear them and get various craft materials (available for 24h)
- [Goals] A first set of Stretch Goals are available. Clear them to get various craft materials and goodies (no end date)
- [Store] The Special Starter Pack is now available. It includes 20 Leaf Tickets + 20 bonus Leaf Tickets + 1 sea throw net + 1 river throw net + 1 honey (only available during the first 3 days after starting the game, and can only be bought once)
- [Craft] For a limited time, you can craft K. K. Slider’s chair and Tom Nook’s chair from the “Special – Available for a Limited Time” section of the Craft menu. You need 250 Leaf Tickets for each (only available during the first 45 days after starting the game)
October 26th
- [Goals] A second set of Timed Goals is available. Clear them and get various craft materials (available for 24h). NB: those are actually tailored to each user, and not global (like the Daily Special Quests in Fire Emblem Heroes). Therefore, we’re not going to mention them in this post any longer (there really is no point in doing so).
November 4th
- [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Log-in Bonuses is now available, allowing players to get various goodies each day they play: 1 Leaf Ticket, and more! (available until November 14th)
November 9th
- [Event] Starting today, and until November 20th, Google is running a promotional campaign for the game, with a Live Wallpaper and pre-release footage. Make sure to check out this post for more details! (no end date)
November 12th

November 14th
- [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Log-in Bonuses is now available, allowing players to get various goodies each day they play: 1 Leaf Ticket, 3 Woods, 3 Honey, 1 000 Bells, 1 Sporty Essence, 1 Leaf Ticket, and 3 Steel (available until November 21st)
November 15th

- [Log-in Bonus] To celebrate the launch of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp worldwide, all players can get some Launch Gifts: Leaf Ticket x 20, sea throw net x 3, river throw net x 3, and honey x 3 (available December 21st)
- [Store] To celebrate the launch of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp worldwide, all player can purchase special Launch Celebrations Packs in the store (available until December 31st). Here’s what they include:
- Launch Celebration Pack S: Leaf Ticket x 120 (80 + 40 Bonus), sea throw net x 1, river throw net x 1, honey x 1, and fertiliser x 2;
- Launch Celebration Pack L: Leaf Ticket x 680 (417 + 263 Bonus), sea throw net x 1, river throw net x 1, honey x 1, fertiliser x 2, Request Ticket x 2, and Calling Card x 1.
November 22nd

November 23rd
- [Log-in Bonus] As an apology for the server issues since launch, Nintendo is giving 20 Leaf Tickets to all users as special Log-in Bonus. All you need to do to get yours is to log-in at least once, and the tickets will be sent to your mailbox. Unlike other Log-in Bonuses, this one is stored indefinitely (available until December 23rd)
November 29th
- [Log-in Bonus] For a limited time, players on Android can get a special Log-in Bonus for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, from Google Play: rainbow Isabelle tee, rainbow K.K. Slider tee, rainbow cap (available until January 7th)
November 30th
- [Event] The Holiday Event is now live, and allows you to craft various Christmas-related furniture (such as a Christmas tree, a snowman, and more). You will find all there is to know about it in this post! (available until December 26th)

- [Log-in Bonus] During the holiday event, all players can get a Santa hat as special Log-in Bonus (available until December 26th)
- [Event] During the Holiday Event, you can get some candy canes from the Shovelstrike Quarry (available until December 26th)
