Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – All the Events and Content updates (September 2018)

Since Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is a smartphone game, with micro-transactions as business model, it’s going to get various events and content updates on a regular basis. Just like Fire Emblem Heroes (and to a lesser extent, Miitomo), the goal is to make sure players keep playing… and spending, obviously.

September 3rd

  • [Log-in Bonus] Since players caught 3 013 818 horned dynastids during the All Together Now… Horned Dynastid event, everyone will get Leaf Ticket x50 as reward! (available until October 3rd)
  • [Cookies] A new Fortune Cookie and related set of Stamp Trade rewards are now available: Tia’s rosewater cookie! Cookie page updated! (available until December 2nd)
  • [Scrappbook Memories] A new Scrapbook Memory is now available: Tia’s Rosy Bath Time. Memories page updated! (no end date)

September 4th

  • [Event] The second half of the latest Garden Event, Brewster’s Sweet Harvest, is now live. You can find all there is to know about it in this post (available until September 11th)
  • [Log-in Bonus] To kick off the second half of the latest Garden Event, Brewster’s Sweet Harvest, all players can get the following as special Log-in Bonus: red berrypetals seeds x20 (available until September 11th)

September 6th

  • [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonus is now live. It includes the following: fertilizer x3, historical essence x3, Calling Card x1, Leaf Ticket x5, historical essence x3, river throw net x3, Leaf Ticket x10 (available until September 13th)

September 7th

  • [Animals] A new Animal has come to visit: Leif! For him to show up, you have to craft Leif’s flower stand (requires Leaf Ticket x350). Animals page updated! (available until November 6th)

September 13th

  • [Events] The Splatoon 2 Collab. Fest event is now live. It features Splatoon-themed clothing, furniture, and more. More details can be found in this post! (available until October 23rd)
  • [Log-in Bonus] As part of the Splatoon 2 Collab. Fest event, all players can get the following as special Log-in Bonus: purple Inkling-girl wig (available until October 13th)
  • [Cookies] A new Fortune Cookie and related set of Stamp Trade rewards are now live: Inkling’s splatted cookie. Fortune Cookies page updated! (available until October 11th)
  • [Store] During the Splatoon 2 Collab. Fest event, two Cookie Packs are available in the store (can only be bought 3 times. Avaialble until October 11th)
    • Splatoon 2 Cookie Pack S = Leaf Ticket x300 (267 + 300 Bonus), Inkling’s splatted cookie x1
    • Splatoon 2 Cookie Pack L = Leaf Ticket x800 (584 + 216 Bonus), Inkling’s splatted cookie x2
  • [Events] The Blitz Clam Scavenger Hunt event is now live. More details available in this post! (available until September 25th)
  • [Shovelstrike Quarry] During the Blitz Clam Scavenger Hunt event, you can get Blitz Clams from the Shovelstrike Quarry, but only when the icon is displayed on the map (available until September 25th)
  • [Goals] Not one, but two new set of Timed Goals related to the Blitz Clam Scavenger Hunt event are now live (available until September 25th)
  • [Memories] Not one, but two new Scrapbook Memories are now available: “A Friendly Face-Off”, and “Music Fans Band Together”. Memories page updated! (no end date)
  • [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonus is now live. It includes the following: honey x3, modern essence x3, Request Ticket x2, Leaf Ticket x5, modern essence x3, sea throw net x3, Leaf Ticket x10 (available until September 20th)

September 18th

  • [Log-in Bonus] As part of the Splatoon 2 Collab. Fest event, all players can get the following as special Log-in Bonus: white splat tee (available until October 18th)

September 19th

  • [Events] The 6th Fishing Tourney is Splatoon-themed, and it’s now live. You can find all there is to know about it in this post (available until September 26th, trophy pick-up avaialble until September 27th)
  • [Goals] During the 6th Fishing Tourney, you can complete the Chip Challenges to earn various rewards (available until September 26th)

September 20th

  • [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonus is now live. It includes the following: fertilizer x3, elegant essence x3, Calling Card x1, Leaf Ticket x5, elegant essence x3, river throw net x3, Leaf Ticket x10 (available until September 27th)

September 21st

  • [Cookie Shop] A new set of Stamp Trade rewards is now available: Crystal Collection (reissue). Fortune Cookies page updated! (available until October 22nd)

September 25th

  • [Animals] Four new Animals have arrived at your campsite: Ribbot (hologram machine), Rocco (cement mixer), Claudia (whirlpool bath), and Alice (pawn). Animals page updated! (no end date)
  • [Goals] A new set of Timed Goals is now live: Host the Most (available until September 31st)

September 27th

  • [Update] The latest update for the game is Ver. 1.8.1. Official patch notes can be found on this page.
  • [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonus is now live. It includes the following: honey x3, ??? essence x3, Request Ticket x2, Leaf Ticket x5, ??? essence x3, sea throw net x3, Leaf Ticket x10 (available until October 4th)

September 28th

  • [Event] The latest Garden Event is now live. It’s Jack’s Halloween Hunt, and you get more details about it on this page! The first half is now live (available until October 9th)
  • [Terrain] New Terrain is now available:
    • Sky: spooky sky
    • Background: spooky (back)
    • Middle Ground: spooky (middle)
    • Foreground: spooky (fore)
    • Fence: spooky fence
    • Deck: spooky deck
  • [Store] Two new packs are available from the in-game store (they can be purchased up to 3 times, available until October 9th):
