WorldNeverland – Elnea Kingdom to be released on March 15th worldwide
A few months ago, althi announced that they were bringing WorldNeverland – Elnea Kingdom (originally released on smart devices) to the Nintendo Switch. Fast-forward to February 28th, and we finally have a release date for the game: March 15th!
What’s more, althi has also confirmed that Europe, North America, and Australia would also get the game, and on the same day to boot. This hardly comes as a surprise, as we already knew that English will be available as a Language option from Day 1 in the Japanese version, but it’s certainly nice to have a confirmation.
The game will cost 3 700 Yen + taxes in Japan, and as mentioned previously, it has been designed to be playable completely offline: that means no micro-transactions (though there is DLC to purchase), no mandatory online connection (unlike the smart device version), but also no special events.
If you’ve never heard of WorldNeverland – Elnea Kingdom before, here’s what the game is all about:
- Enjoy your life in an open world as you see fit. Explore, fight, harvest, love, marry, parent — a truly laid-back gaming experience that is sure to bring a smile to your face. A living and breathing fantastical world awaits you within a game console.
- Forests and rivers, farms, pastures, mines, schools, churches, and an imperial castle… all fully realized and explorable! But that’s not all… the lives of the residents there are fully simulated in spectacular detail! Interacting with the residents of the world using real communication may even make you think that you’re playing an MMORPG. You could fall in love, get married, and have a child… then pass on your legacy to your child and continue playing.
