Fire Emblem Heroes: latest events and content updates (April 2018)

On February 2nd 2017, Nintendo launched Fire Emblem Heroes on Android and iOS (click here to check out everything you need to know about it). Just like all Free 2 Play games worth their salt, Nintendo is planning to provide users with regular content, events, and updates, in order to make sure they keep playing as long as possible.

In this post, we have listed all the events and content updates for Fire Emblem Heroes in April 2018, so that you can find all those details in one place. If you’re looking for the most recent updates, make sure to check out this page instead!

April 1st

  • [Maps] The Bound Hero Battle feat. Minerva and Maria is back. You can clear the map on Hard, Lunatic, and Infernal (available until April 10th)
  • [Quests] A new set of Special Quests is now available: “Bound Hero Battles”. You can clear those to get some bonus Orbs (available until April 10th)
  • [Maps] A new Blessed Garden Map is now available: Grotto (Garden of Fire, Lunatic) (no end date)
  • [Maps] A new Special Map related to Fire Emblem Warriors, and more precisely the Fire Emblem Awakening DLC Pack, is now available: “Olivia: Awakening” (available until April 18th)
  • [Quests] Not one, but three new sets of Monthly Quests are now available for April (available until May 1st)

April 3rd

  • [Summoning Focus] A new Summoning Focus is now live: “4 ★ and 5 ★ Heroes”. It features the following Heroes: Cain, Soleil, Hinata, Abel, Tailtiu, L’Arachel, Camilla, Fae, Nino, Klein, Jeorge, and Felicia. Characters page updated! (available until April 17th)
  • [Elements] The Elements for the current season are: Wind and Earth (available until April 10th)
  • [Arena] The latest set of Bonus Heroes is now live and features the following characters: Robin (Fell Vessel), Alfonse (Spring Prince), Sharena (Spring Princess), Catria (Spring Whitewing), Kagero (Spring Ninja), Zephiel, Narcian, Delthea, Eirika, and Fjorm (available until April 17th?)

April 4th

  • [Event] The 12th Voting Gauntlet event is called “Bunny Battle Ballot”, and it’s now live. More details can be found in this post (available until April 10th)
  • [Event] Round 1 of the 12th Voting Gauntlet, “Bunny Battle Ballot”, is now live. More details can be found in this post (available until April 6th)
  • [Quests] The first set of Special Quests related to the latest Voting Gauntlet event is now live. You can clear those to get various goodies (available until April 6th)
  • [Log-in Bonus] During the latest Voting Gauntlet, all players can get 5 Battle Flags everyday as a special Log-in Bonus (available until April 10th)
  • [Maps] A new Special Map related to Fire Emblem Warriors, and more precisely the Fire Emblem Awakening DLC Pack, is now available: “Odin: Fates” (available until April 18th)
  • [Manga] The 20th chapter of the official Fire Emblem Heroes manga is now available: click here to check it out (Japanese-only)!

April 6th

  • [Quests] A new set of Special Quests is now available: “Chain Challenge and Arena Assault”. Clearing those allow you to get Orbs and Stamina Potions (available until April 20th)
  • [Event] Round 2 of the 12th Voting Gauntlet, “Bunny Battle Ballot”, is now live. More details can be found in this post (available until April 8th)
  • [Quests] The second set of Special Quests related to the latest Voting Gauntlet event is now live. You can clear those to get various goodies (available until April 8th)

April 7th

  • [Summoning Focus] A new Summoning Focus is now live “Cooldown Bonuses”. It features the following Heroes: Mia, Nephenee, and Ike (Brave Warrior). Characters page updated! (available until April 22nd)
  • [Maps] The 5th Rival Domains map is now available, and can be cleared on Normal, Hard, Lunatic, and Infernal. This time, you can get a bonus for defeating foes with infantry units. You can find more details about Rival Domains in this post! (available until April 14th)

April 8th

  • [Event] The Final Round of the 12th Voting Gauntlet, “Bunny Battle Ballot”, is now live. More details can be found in this post (available until April 10th)
  • [Quests] The third and final set of Special Quests related to the latest Voting Gauntlet event is now live. You can clear those to get various goodies (available until April 10th)
  • [Maps] A new Blessed Gardens map is now available: “Garden of Water – Sanctuary” (Infernal) (no end date)

April 10th

  • [Livestream] During the 6th Feh Channel presentation, we got plenty of details about what’s coming next to Fire Emblem Heroes. Check out this post for more details!

  • [Maps] A new Bound Hero Battle feat. Tiki & Nowi is now live. You can tackle it on Hard, Lunatic, or Infernal, in order to try and earn Orbs (available until April 17th)
  • [Summoning Focus] A new Summoning Focus is now live: “Tiki & Nowi’s Battle”. It features the following Heroes: Tiki (Naga’s Voice), Nowi (Eternal Youth), and Robin (Fell Reincarnation). Characters page updated! (available until April 17th)
  • [Maps] A new Squad Assault is now live: “9th Assault” (no end date)
  • [Elements] The Elements for the current season are: Water and Earth (available until April 17th)
  • [Event] The Bunny Battle Ballot Voting Gauntlet is now over. Check out this post for the results!

April 11th

  • [Summoning Focus] A new Summoning Focus is now live: “World of Thracia”. It features 4 Heroes from Fire Emblem: Thracia 776: Leif, Nanna, Finn, and Reinhardt. Characters page updated! More details in this post (available until April 24th)
  • [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Log-in Bonuses is now live: “New Heroes Celebration”. It allows you to get some Orbs every day, with the amount varying each day: 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3 (13 Orbs in total) (available until April 24th)
  • [Maps] A new Story Chapter is now available: “Book II, Chapter 7: Snow and Ash” (no end date)
  • [Quests] A new set of Special Quests is now available: “Snow and Ash”. Clearing those allow you to get some bonus Orbs (available until April 24th)
  • [Maps] More Grand Hero Battles have been added to the daily rotation Zephiel, the Liberator (Monday), Camus, the Sable Knight (Tuesday), Legion, the Masked Maniac (Wednesday), Clarisse, the Sniper in the Dark (Thursday), Berkut, the Prideful Prince (Friday), Valter, the Dark Moonstone (Saturday), and Arvis, the Emperor of Flame (Sunday). They are available at the same time as those from the first daily set of Daily Grand Hero Battles (check out below for more details)! Characters page updated (no end date)
  • [Maps] The Grand Hero Battle feat. Legion has been added to the daily rotation (no end date, but only available on Wednesdays)
  • [Quests] A new set of Special Quests is now live: “GHB Elite 2”. Clearing those allow you to get Heroes, bonus Orbs, and some Blessings. Characters page updated! (available until April 11th 2019)
  • [Event] Registration Check for the 1st Grand Conquests event has started! More details in this post! (available until April 13th)

April 12th

  • [Store] The first Special Orb Promo is now live: “Special Orb Promo: April Edition” (15 + 6 Orbs, 6 000 Hero Feathers) (available until April 26th)
  • [Maps] The Grand Hero Battle feat. Clarisse: Sniper in the Dark has been added to the daily rotation (no end date, but only available on Thursdays)

April 13th

  • [Event] The first Grand Conquests event goes live on April 13th. You will find all you need to know in this post! You can also check out more details in this post and this one! (available until April 19th)
  • [Event] Battle 1 of the first Grand Conquests is now live. You will find all you need to know in this post (including the list of rewards)! (available until April 15th)
  • [Log-in Bonus] To celebrate the launch of the Grand Conquests events, all players can get 20 Orbs as Special Log-in Bonus (available until May 9th)
  • [Quests] A first set of Quests related to the Grand Conquests event is now live. You can clear those to earn various goodies (available until April 15th)
  • [Maps] The Grand Hero Battle feat. Berkut: Prideful Prince has been added to the daily rotation (no end date, but only available on Fridays)

April 14th

  • [Maps] The 6th Rival Domains map is now available, and can be cleared on Normal, Hard, Lunatic, and Infernal. This time, you can get a bonus for defeating foes with armoured units. You can find more details about Rival Domains in this post! (available until April 21st)
  • [Maps] The Grand Hero Battle feat. Valter: Dark Moonstone has been added to the daily rotation (no end date, but only available on Saturdays)

April 15th

  • [Maps] A new Blessed Gardens map is now available: “Garden of Wind – Sanctuary” (Infernal) (no end date)
  • [Maps] The Grand Hero Battle feat. Arvis: Emperor of Flame has been added to the daily rotation (no end date, but only available on Sundays)
  • [Quests] A second set of Quests related to the Grand Conquests event is now live. You can clear those to earn various goodies (available until April 17th)

April 16th

  • [Maps] The Grand Hero Battle feat. Zephiel: The Liberator has been added to the daily rotation (no end date, but only available on Mondays)

April 17th

  • [Maps] The Grand Hero Battle feat. Saias, the Bishop of Flame (from Fire Emblem: Thracia 776) is now live. As always, you get the 3 ★ version of the Hero if you clear the map on Hard, the 4 ★ version if you clear it on Lunatic, and the 4 ★ version + Hero feathers if you clear it on Infernal.   • [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonuses goes live on April 18th: “Tempest Trials+”. It allows you to get some Orbs every day, with the amount varying each day: 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3 (13 Orbs in total) (available until May 1st)

April 19th

  • [Quests] A new set of Quests is now live: “Movement Type”. Clearing those allow you to earn various goodies (available until May 3rd)

April 21st

  • [Event] The first Tempest Trials+ event is called Thunder’s Fist, and it’s now live. It allows you to get Finn, the Lance of Legend as a reward. More details can be found in this post! (available until May 1st)
  • [Quests] A first set of Daily Quests related to the 1st Tempest Trials event is now live. Clearing those allow you to get various goodies (available until April 26th)
  • [Maps] The 8th Rival Domains map is now available, and can be cleared on Normal, Hard, Lunatic, and Infernal. This time, you can get a bonus for defeating foes with cavalry units. You can find more details about Rival Domains in this post! (available until April 28th)

April 22nd

  • [Summoning Focus] A new Summoning Focus is now live “Heroes with Combat Boosts”. It includes the following Heroes: Ayra, Sonya, and Lyn (Brave Lady). The Characters page has been updated! (available until May 4th)

April 24th

April 27th

  • [Log-in Bonus] A new set of Daily Log-in Bonuses is now live: “Golden Week Log-in Bonus 1”. It allows you to get some Orbs every day, with the amount varying each day: 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3 (13 Orbs in total) (available until May 11th)
  • [Maps] As part of the Golden Week celebrations, a new Special Map will go live every day, and will remain available for 4 days. You can clear them on Normal and Hard, and earn 1 Orb per difficulty level (available until May 11th)
  • [Maps] The 1st Golden Week celebration Special Map is now live: “Reward Map: Vs. Wander”. You can clear it on Normal and Hard to earn 2 Orbs (available until May 1st)
  • [Quests] A new set of Quests is now live: “Golden Week”. Clearing those in the various difficulty levels allow you to earn a total of 20 Orbs (available until May 8th)
