Europe: video games sales for Week 45 (UK), Week 44 (France), Germany (October), more
Here’s the latest video games sales data for various European countries (+ Australia and New Zeland):
United Kingdom – Video Games Sales (Week 45)
In the United Kingdom, Mario Kart 7 is still the only game on a Nintendo platform in the All-Format Top 40. Naturally, that means it’s also the best-seller on Nintendo 3DS. As for the Wii U, its best-seller is Mario Kart 8 (with Minecraft: Wii U Edition following closely), with LEGO Dimensions making its comeback at #3 thanks to the latest play sets.

France – Video Games Sales (Week 44)
Unfortunately for Nintendo, it’s yet another week without a game on a Nintendo platform in the Top 5. On Wii U, Just Dance 2017 is the new best-seller, ending Paper Mario: Color Splash‘s domination of the Top 5. On Nintendo 3DS, Disney Magical World 2 is still #1, but Mario Party: Star Rush has replaced the standard edition of Yo-kai Watch.

Germany – Video games sales (October 2016)
During its launch month, Paper Mario: Color Splash did pretty ok: it landed at #11 of the All-Format chart. It wasn’t the only one to enter it, as Skylanders Imaginators also did (ranked #14), along with Mario Party: Star Rush (ranked #19). There’s another game on a Nintendo platform in the Top 20: Minecraft, ranked #15.

Australia/New Zealand Video Games Sales (Week 44)
This week, Skylanders Imaginators and Minecraft: Wii U Edition make their comeback in the Top 10, in Australia and New Zealand respectively. In Australia, the best-sellers are: Pokémon Omega Ruby for the Nintendo 3DS, and Skylanders Imaginators for the Wii U. On New Zealand, the best-seller is the same for the Nintendo 3DS, but on Wii U, it’s Assassin’s Creed III we find at #1 (most likely due to retailer discounts).
