UK: video games sales for Week 19 (ending May 9th)

During week 19, two games came out on Nintendo platforms: Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush and Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition. The first one did manage to get a spot in the All-Formats Top 20, and naturally become the best-selling Wii U games during last week in the United Kingdom.

As for Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition., it had a rather lukewarm reception: it only managed to get to the #32 rank in the All-Format chart. In fact, it didn’t manage to beat Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, which has been selling quite well in the past few weeks. However, this kind of games generally tend to do better on long periods of times, so we’ll see how this one perform over the next couple of weeks.
