Famitsu preview (August 2): Monster Hunter Stories

This week, Monster Hunter Stories will be featured in Famitsu magazine, along with the following:

  • Level-5 Vision 2016
  • Etrian Odyssey V

Monster Hunter Stories

Monster Hunter Stories is one of the games that will be showcased in the latest issue of Famitsu magazine. There will be more details about the game, including the armour your character can wear, and more.

Level-5 Vision 2016

This week, Famitsu will have its usual post-Level-5 Vision article, with details about the games revealed at the show (Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone’s Conspiracy, Inazuma Eleven Ares, Megaton Musashi, The Snack World, and more. Of course, there will also be an interview with Akihiro Hino, CEO of Level-5!

Etrian Odyssey V

Since Etrian Odyssey V comes out this Thursday in Japan, the game is getting the following:

  • a special Famitsu cover, draw by Yuji Himukai himself
  • a 12-page article with a guide (up to the second stratum), an interview of the developers (Shigeo Komori, Yuji Himukai, and more)
  • a serial code for the Gunner DLC
  • and more

Puzzle & Dragons X

Despite launching last week, Puzzle & Dragons X will be featured in Famitsu magazine one more time this week. There will 4-page of guides for the players beginning their adventure, but also an interview with Ryozo Tsujimoto, Daisuke Yamamoto and  Otsuka Kadoman about the collaboration with Monster Hunter Stories.

Pokémon GO + Pokémon Sun and Moon

This week, Famitsu will have an article about the Japanese launch of Pokémon GO, and details about Pokémon Sun and Moon. About the latter, it’s pretty much guaranteed the magazine will not have anything new.

Pokémon Sun and Moon (3DS) comes out on November 18th in Japan and North America, and November 23rd in Europe.
