[Europe] Wii Karaoke U: new songs (March 2017)

Previously, we used to write a separate post for each Wii Karaoke U update in Europe: first weekly, and then monthly. But starting with August 2016, we’re simply going to update this post instead! That way, you will also be able to check out which songs were previously added to the service, besides those of the current month.

March 2017

For the March 2017 update (the last one before the service is terminated), a total of 64 new songs were added to Wii Karaoke U in Europe, in 2 different languages: English and Japanese:

  • English: 49 new songs, including “Little Girls”, “Tell Her You Belong to Me”, “Calling Me”, “As the World Falls Down”, “More Than Anyone”, “I Need You”, “Ladykiller”, “Counting Down the Days”, “The Nearness of You”, and “Ophelia”;
  • Japanese: 15 new songs, including “Anata ga itekuretakara”, “Get Myself Back”, and “Yasashii hikari”.

February 2017

For the February 2017 update, a total of 72 songs were added to Wii karaoke U in Europe, in 4 different languages: English, German, French, and Japanese. Here’s a list of songs that were added:

  • English: 51 new songs, including “Drummer Boy”, “Can’t Take My Eyes off You”, “Girl”, “What a Diff’rence a Day Makes!”, “Catch the Wind”, “By My Side”, “The Sun”, “A Message to You, Rudy”, “Car Radio”, and “Viva Las Vegas”;
  • Japanese: 15 new songs, including “Naked”, “Kaizoku sentai gokaija”, and “Samurai sentai shinkenja”;
  • German: 2 new songs, with “”Mein Herr”, and “Mendocino”;
  • French: 4 new songs, including “Nuits d’Arabie”, “Aimes-tu la vie comme moi ?”, and “L’enfant au tambour”.

January 2017

For the January 2017 update, a total of 74 songs were added to Wii karaoke U in Europe, in 2 different languages: English, and Japanese. Here’s a list of songs that were added:

  • English: 60 new songs, including “As”, “Crazy Little Thing Called Love (Live From Madison Square Garden)”, “I Believe I Can Fly”, “God Knows I Tried”, “Wild Horses”, “HeavyDirtySoul”, “Lucky Man”, and “Black & Gold”;
  • Japanese: 14 new songs, including “Bojyou”, “CANDY”, and “You’re My Sunshine”.

December 2016

For the December 2016 update, a total of 64 songs were added to Wii karaoke U in Europe, in 2 different languages: English, and Japanese. Here’s a list of songs that were added:

  • English: 49 new songs, including “Rock and Roll Dreams Come Through”, “I Was Made to Love Her”, “The Voice”, “The Riddle”, “My Baby You”, “One Day in Your Life”, “What a Difference a Day Made”, “Fool to Cry”, “Better Place”, and “Blue Jean”;
  • Japanese: 15 new songs, including “Deai no chikara”, “Kimi to niji to taiyou to”, and “Song for You”.

November 2016

For the November 2016 update, a total of 68 songs were added to Wii karaoke U in Europe, in 4 different languages: English, Japanese, French, and Spanish. Here’s a list of songs that were added:

  • English: 50 new tracks, including “For Those about to Rock (We Salute You)”, “If I Had You”, “Tragedy”, “The Sound of Silence”, “Rhythm of Love”, “Just Feel Better”, “Don’t Dream It’s Over”, “Through Glass”, “Calling All Angels”, and “Anymore”;
  • Japanese: 15 new tracks, including “Jibun rashisa”, “Gachi Zakura”, and “Max Wind”;
  • French: 2 new tracks, “C’est la fête”, and “C’est magnifique”;
  • Spanish: 1 new track, “Oye Mi Canto (Hot Remix)”.

October 2016

For the October 2016 update, a total of 64 songs were added to Wii karaoke U in Europe, in 2 different languages: English and Japanese. Here’s a list of songs that were added:

  • English: 49 new songs, including “This Is What You Came For”, “Good Girls”, “Don’t Let Me Down”, “Castle”, “Stole the Show”, “Coming Home”, “Just Tonight”, “All by Myself”, “Maybe”, and “The Trolley Song”.
  • Japanese: 15 new songs, including “Futari no imi”, “Hidamari no uta”, and “Go For It!!”.

September 2016

For the September 2016 update, a total of 65 songs were added, in 2 different languages: English, and Japanese. Here’s the list of songs that were added:

  • English: 50 new songs, including “Close”, “Fun”, “Stone Cold”, “Omen”, “I’m in Love with a Monster”, “Shots”, “Same Old Love”, “Desire”, “Bizarre Love Triangle”, and “Born to Be Wild”;
  • Japanese: 15 new songs, including “Shonichi”, “Song of Power”, and “Naseba narunosa nanairo tamago”.

August 2016

For the August 2016 update, a total of 129 songs were added, in 4 different languages: English, French, German, and Japanese. Here’s the list of songs that were added:

  • English: 108 new songs, including “Friend Like Me (The Musical)”, “It’s a Hard Knock Life”, “America’s Sweetheart”, “Running”, “Love Yourself”, “Someone”, “Unkiss Me”, “Writing’s on the Wall”, “Roses”, and “Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain”;
  • French : 4 new songs, including “Prince Ali (version française)”;
  • German: 2 new songs, including “Alkohol”;
  • Japanese: 15 new songs, including “Pokémon hara hara 2 RELAY-Muzukashi ban-“, “TEAM B oshi”, and “Unmei wa Endless!”.
