The Legend of Legacy out on October 13th in North America, Launch Edition detailed

After a slip-up during a podcast, Atlus USA announced at E3 that it would localise The Legend of Legacy for North America. Yesterday, the publisher finally gave a concrete date, and revealed the contents of the usual Launch Edition that all Atlus games get at retail.

Fans who pick up The Legend of Legacy at launch, on October 13th in North America, will be able to get their hand on a special Launch Edition including:

– the game (obviously!)
– a soundtrack CD, with 10 tracks composed by the one and only Masashi Hamauzu (known for his work on the SaGa series, but also Final Fantasy XIII)
– a “Premium” artbook, with 40 pages of artworks, sketches, background art, and even some comments from Tomomi Kobayashi (chara-designer). And no wobbly booklet this time around: this is a glossy hardcover artbook!

As usual, this Launch Edition will only be available for players pre-ordering the game or buying it on Day 1 (stock will be limited). If you already pre-ordered the game, you have nothing to worry about: you will get the Launch Edition too, as all first-print copies are Launch Editions. The game itself will cost $39.99 / CA$ 49.99.

The Legend of Legacy (3DS) comes out on October 13th in North America, and Early 2016 in Europe.
