Yesterday, Bandai-Namco announced that Dragon Ball FighterZ will be released on September 28th in Europe and North America, one day after Japan. The pre-order bonuses are actually the same as those offered in Japan:

  • The Japanese version of the classic Super NES game: Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden.

Regarding DLC, all the characters already available on other platforms will be available for purchase Day 1, which implies upcoming characters will get a simultaneous release.
