After many months of waiting, SteamWorld Heist is finally about to come out on the Nintendo eShop of the Nintendo 3DS. It will be released this Thursday in Europe and North America. And as announced last week, the launch trailer for the game was revealed today!
If you’ve never heard of SteamWorld Heist, this trailer does a pretty good job of getting you up to speed. It’s a turn-based strategy game, in which you go loot other ships with Captain Faraday and her team of robots. To attack, you aim with your weapon and shoot at enemies. Obviously, frontal attacks are to be avoided.
Instead, you have to think outside the box, and pull off trick shots in order to shoot in the back an enemy facing you (for example). You can recruit various robots for your team, and then have them equip various weapons and pieces of equipments. The game features plenty of different missions, but also tough bosses to defeat.

Don’t forget: if you buy the game before December 31st, you can get a launch discount (15off = $16.99 / €16.99 / £11.99) and an exclusive Nintendo 3DS Themes!
