Pokémon distribution

If you live in the UK, make sure to head to a Smyths store before September 20th, in order to get a download code for Pokémon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire. It will allow you to down a shiny Rayquaza (click here for more details)!

Pokémon Shuffle Mobile

If you live in Japan, you can now download Pokémon Shuffle Mobile on your Android or iOS device. If you were looking forward to share your save data with the Nintendo 3DS, bad news: it’s impossible. Also, it’s been confirmed that the rankings (for the competitions such as the one for Mega Venusaur, above) are separate.

Unfortunately, we do not know when Pokémon Shuffle Mobile will be launched in Europe and North America.

Pokémon World Championships

The Pokémon World Championships 2015 were held this week-end, in Boston. Here’s the list of winners, for each category:

  • Junior Division (TCG): Rowan Stavenow (Canada).
  • Senior Division (TCG): Patrick Martinez (United States).
  • Masters Division (TCG): Jacob Van Wagner (United States).
  • Junior Division (Video Game): Kotone Yasue (Japan).
  • Senior Division (Video Game): Mark Mcquillan (United Kingdom).
  • Masters Division (Video Game): Shoma Honami (Japan)

What’s more, it was announced that Pokémon World Championships 2016 will be held in San Francisco (California), in the United States. Hopefully, the Police will not have to arrest anyone, unlike this year where two gunmen threatened “violence”. Fortunately, they were arrested before they could put their plan in action.
