On this page, you will find all there is to know about the various Pokémon distributions, events, and more, for Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! / Eevee! on Nintendo Switch. Important note: as with the previous ones for Pokémon Sun and Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, this page will be updated on a regular basis with all relevant information about Pokémon distributions, events, and more, for the game. How to receive a Mystery Gift

Via the internet

  1. Launch Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu.
  2. Press the X Button during gameplay to access the in-game menu.
  3. Select “Communicate.”
    • This option becomes available after you have battled your Rival for the first time.
  4. Select “Mystery Gifts.”
  5. Select “Get Via Internet” and select “Yes” to continue.
  6. The game will search for any gifts that are currently available.
  7. Once you have received a gift, it will be in your Pokémon Box and you can add it to your party.To change Pokémon in your party, press the X Button to open the in-game menu, then “Party.”
    1. Select “Open Pokémon Box” to see and manage the Pokémon you’ve collected.

Via Serial Code / Password

  1. Launch Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu.
  2. Press the X Button during gameplay to access the in-game menu.
  3. Select “Communicate.”
    • This option becomes available after you have battled your Rival for the first time.
  4. Select “Mystery Gifts.”
  5. Select “Get With Code / Password” and select “Yes” twice to continue.
  6. Enter the code you received and tap “OK.”
  7. Once you have received a gift, it will be in your Pokémon Box and you can add it to your party.To change Pokémon in your party, press the X Button to open the in-game menu, then “Party.”
    1. Select “Open Pokémon Box” to see and manage the Pokémon you’ve collected.

Via the PokéBall Plus accessory

  1. Launch Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu.
  2. Press the X Button during gameplay to access the in-game menu.
  3. Select “Communicate.”
    • This option becomes available after you have battled your Rival for the first time.
  4. Select “Mystery Gifts.”
  5. Select “Get with a Poké Ball Plus.”This option will only appear when you are using the Poké Ball Plus as your in-game controller.
  6. You will see a message that says: “A Pokémon is in your Poké Ball Plus. It’s a present for you!” Select “Yes” twice to connect to the Internet and receive the Pokémon.
  7. Once you have received a gift, it will be in your Pokémon Box and you can add it to your party.To change Pokémon in your party, press the X Button to open the in-game menu, then “Party.”
    1. Select “Open Pokémon Box” to see and manage the Pokémon you’ve collected.

How to claim Mew from the PokéBall Plus Accessory

  1. Verify that the Poké Ball Plus contains Mew.
    1. Press and hold the control stick button on the Poké Ball Plus for a few seconds, then let go.
    2. The ring around the control stick button will light up as a pink / purple color and make a sound like Mew laughing. (You can also shake the Poké Ball Plus to hear Mew’s voice.)
    3. The colored ring will flash about once per second if it contains a Mew that has not yet been transferred to a game.
  2. Launch Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu.
  3. Use the Poké Ball Plus as your in-game controller.
  4. Press the Top Button on the Poké Ball Plus during gameplay to access the in-game menu.
  5. Select “Communicate.”
    • This option becomes available after you have battled your Rival for the first time.
  6. Select “Mystery Gifts.”
  7. Select “Get with a Poké Ball Plus.”
    • This option will only appear when you are using the Poké Ball Plus as your in-game controller.
  8. You will see a message that says: “A Pokémon is in your Poké Ball Plus. It’s a present for you!” Select “Yes” twice to connect to the Internet and receive the Pokémon.
  9. Once you have received a gift, it will be in your Pokémon Box and you can add it to your party.
