No More Heroes 3: latest video showcases Death Rain & Death Slow

Last week, Marvelous began sharing some videos for No More Heroes 3, showcasing some of the elements and gameplay mechanics of the game. The first one was about the Beam Katana (and the unique way to recharge its batteries), the second one showcased two mechanics of the battle system (Emergency Evade and Weapon Clash), the third one was about Slashes & Death Blows, and the fourth one about Death Kick & Death Force.

The latest video showcases two more skills Travis can use thanks to the handy (pun intended) Death Glove: Death Rain and Death Slow.

Death Rain is a rather unique skill, and its name is far more literal than you would expect. Using it summons some strange “clouds” in the air, which then starts raining down projectiles at opponents in range. Pretty handy when you want to deal damage to many enemies at once!

As for Death Slow, it creates a field of heavy gravity, and any enemy caught inside it will see their movements slowed down considerably. This allows you to unleash combo after combo pretty easily!
