Kirby: Planet Robobot getting two guide books in Japan

Kirby Planet RobobotKirby: Planet Robobot comes out next week in Japan (on April 28th). On the same day, not one but two different guide books will be released:

  • Kirby: Planet Robobot – Nintendo Official Guide Book (Wonder Life Special) (Shogakukan): 1 512 Yen, available on Amazon
  • Kirby: Planet Robobot – The Complete Guide (Kadokawa): 1 404 Yen, available on Amazon

The description for the official guide explains that it contains details/guides for the main adventure, the extra modes, a list of copy abilities and Robobot Armour modes, but also of stickers (including the rare ones), enemies, and more.

The guide for the main adventure covers every single level, and comes with useful maps. It also tells players where to find the Hidden Code Cubes, which are necessary to unlock all levels. Naturally, the guide also explains how to get rid of every type of enemies, including bosses. Finally, the guide also covers the extra modes, such as Kirby Team Clash.

The description for The Complete Guide is much shorter, but it reveals that its contents are pretty much the same as the official guide. Here’s its cover:

No doubt Prima will also have their own guide, but since Kirby: Planet Robobot doesn’t come out until June 10th in Europe and North America, we will have to wait a little bit longer before getting an announcement.
