Etrian Odyssey V: latest two trailers (Rover and Necromancer classes), demo, more

Today, Atlus uploaded two new trailers for Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth, introducing two new classes: Rover and Necromancer.

Let’s start with the Rovers, whichare known for their hunting skills. Their specialty? Attacking from a distance, allowing you to deliver some hard hits from the back line. They also have deep knowledge of nature, which is especially useful in the labyrinth. After all, when you need to explore uncharted territory, it’s always good to be able to rely on someone who knows what they’re doing!

But there’s more: Rovers can also “summon” animals in battle, in order to provide both offense and defense supporter.

Necromancers don’t make for great warriors, but their knowledge of the undead arts are without pair. They can summon wraiths to battle for them, and the best part is that they can both dish out and absorb damage. And yes, they can also be sacrificed… for the greater good, that is.

Doing so allows you to heal the party, disable enemy defenses for a few turns, increase the party’s magic strength, and more. Just… make sure not to tell the SDLW (Society for the Defense of Labyrinth Wraiths)!

Here’s the previous class trailers for Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth:
