BFF or Die

2Awesome Studio have announced their latest game for the Nintendo Switch: BFF or Die, a co-op puzzle game developed by ASA Studio. It will be released on November 27th in Europe and North America. It will be available for digital pre-purchase from November 20th with a 15% off discount.

BFF or Die is a co-op puzzle game that challenges up to 4 local players to use their cunning wit and camaraderie to survive as time-traveling space aliens. Never forget the academy motto: “BFF or Die!”

• In co-operative gameplay, help each other or… you die.
• Story mode with 30 dynamic levels.
• Unlockable “Infinite Trials” game mode featuring challenging randomized levels.
• Artifact challenges – collect them all.

Solas 128

Armor Games have announced their latest game for the Nintendo Switch: Solas 128, a beam deflection game developed by Amicable Animal.

Here’s a trailer:

At its heart, SOLAS is a beam deflection game. Rotate and reposition mirrors to connect light sources and unlock adjacent puzzles. Every pulse is moving to the beat at all times, and each puzzle is connected to the next. Explore this strange interconnected space, learn its rules, and discover the surprises that dwell within.

Solas 128 (Switch – eShop) does not have a release date yet.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4

Bandai-Namco have announced the latest DLC character for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. It’s Okiku, and it’s coming soon as part of Character Pack 3.

Here’s some details:

Okiku, one of the loyal retainers of the noble Kozuki Family. Okiku is renowned for her swift footwork and elegant swordsmanship in battle; and possesses enormous strength to topple even the greatest of foes.

Sid Meier’s Civilization VI

Here’s the latest soundtrack video for Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, this time featuring music from the Babylon civilization (out on November 20th as part of the New Frontier Pass):

Pokémon GO

Niantic have announced another event for Pokémon GO, in order to celebrate the integration of Pokémon Home. It will run from November 17th to November 23rd, and will feature the following:

• The following Pokémon will be appearing more often in the wild: Alolan Sandshrew, Zubat, Alolan Diglett, Slowpoke, Magnemite, Ditto, Porygon, Hoothoot, Remoraid, Whismur, Lileep, Anorith, Cottonee, and Foongus.
• The following Pokémon will be hatching from 5 km Eggs: Nidoran ♀, Nidoran ♂, Slowpoke, Omanyte, Kabuto, Lileep, and Anorith.
• Pokémon such as Alolan Vulpix, Slowpoke, Magnemite, Shinx, Timburr, Klink, and more will be appearing in raids.
• If you’re lucky, you might find a Shiny Slowpoke!
• Event-exclusive Timed Research will reward you Pidgeot Mega Energy, Poké Balls, Berries, encounters with Slowpoke and Gible, and more.
• Event-exclusive Field Research tasks will reward encounters with Pokémon like Slowpoke and more!
• Mega Pidgeot will receive a CP boost during the event period.
• Be sure to activate the Mystery Box during this time—you might encounter a Shiny Meltan! It seems these Shiny Meltan will go back into hiding after this event is over. We’ll sure be sure to let you know if they’re spotted again in the future.
• From Monday, November 16, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8), Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion will be available to challenge in five-star raids.
• There will be special avatar items available, including the Melmetal Jacket, the Melmetal Vest, Melmetal Shoes, and Grand Oak’s Glasses! Check out the Style Shop to get yours.
