Focus Home Interactive have announced several games for the Nintendo Switch:

Farming Simulator (most likely Farming Simulator 2019)
Call of Cthulhu (ported by Saber Interactive)

The publisher also revealed that it’s Saber Interactive who was tasked with porting Vampyr to the Nintendo Switch.
