Arcade Archives Rezon releasing this week on Nintendo Switch

Hamster have announced that the latest Arcade Archives release on Nintendo Switch is Rezon. It’s a vertically scrolling shooter game originally developed and released on Arcade by Allumer back in 1991 in Japan. On Nintendo Switch, it will launch on April 6th, and as usual, it will cost 6.99€ / £6.29 / $7.99 / 838 Yen. The Japanese version will offer an English language option.

Here’s a trailer, some details, and some screenshots:

“REZON” is a shooter released by ALLUMER in 1991.
Set on Earth during an extraterrestrial invasion, players take control of an SR-91 fighter ship equipped with a VAWS (Variable Armor & Weapon System) and take on the invaders.
Pick up items and equip Arms, a key feature that gives you the ability to attack behind you or block enemy shots when used well.

Arcade Archives Rezon (Switch – eShop) comes out on April 6th worldwide.
