As weeks go by, and the release of Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross) draws even nearer, more and more collaborations are announced. The Monster Hunter series is well known for its many collaborations, and it’s great to see that even the G version of a spin-off entry is still getting a lot of them.

Yesterday, the latest collaboration was announced, and it’s with the long-running Kingdom manga, by Yasuhisa Hara (which debuted in 2006, in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine). Thanks to this new collaboration, players will be able to get Hyou’s Sword and Duke Hyou’s Shield (as a Sword & Shield), which are the protagonist’s iconic sword and shield.

Here’s some pictures for that Kingdom collaboration weapon:

As usual, more details about the collaboration (including when it will be released) will be revealed at a later date.

And as announced during a previous episode of Capcom TV, Monster Hunter XX is getting a collaboration with the SHOW BY ROCK!!. Players will be able to get a special weapon called the Red Tomahawk (which is a Switch Axe).

Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross) (3DS) comes out on March 18th in Japan. The demo version will be released on February 15th in Japan, and will let players try out the new Hunting Styles (Brave Style, Alchemy Style, Beast Style).
