Pokémon Sun and Moon: Solgaleo/Lunala N3DS XL, Fan Edition coming to Europe
Last week, The Pokémon Company revealed two special New Nintendo 3DS XL, for Pokémon Sun and Moon:
- a black one featuring Solgaleo and Lunala
- a yellow one featuring Pikachu
Both will be released on November 18th in Japan.
And today, Nintendo announced that one of two models would also be released in November in Europe: the Solgaleo and Lunala one, to be precise. Unfortunately, Nintendo didn’t give a release date for that New Nintendo 3DS XL model, which will most likely be available on the same day as the game itself.
While not specified, we can assume there will be no game included with this Solgaleo and Lunala New Nintendo 3DS XL. Therefore, its price should be the same as a regular New Nintendo 3DS XL model. Also, we don’t know if Nintendo has any plans to release the other Pokémon New Nintendo 3DS XL (the one featuring Pikachu) in Europe, or if North America is getting either models.

Also, Nintendo announced that Pokémon Sun and Moon would get a Fan Edition, which includes:
- a copy of the game (Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon)
- a Steelbook

Unfortunately, we don’t know if North America will also get it or not.
