Pokémon news (March 23): Pokémon Shuffle, new TCG sets

Pokémon Shuffle – 2.5 million downloads

Today, The Pokémon Company announced that Pokémon Shuffle had been downloaded over 2.5 million times since its launch, in February. Back on March 2nd, we learned that the total of downloads worldwide had passed 1 million: that means Pokémon Shuffle has been downloaded over 1.5 million times in 3 weeks. It’s definitely a good result, thanks to Nintendo pushing it via SpotPass. Unfortunately, no concrete numbers for micro-transactions was given.

To celebrate, a free Disruption Delay item is being distributed to all players.
