NIS America Press Event 2018: Fallen Legion, Penny-Punching Princess, SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy, Ys VIII

Yesterday, NIS America held its annual press event, where several games were announced, and more details about previously titles were revealed (including release date, but also trailers, and more). Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory

A few weeks ago, NIS America announced Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory was headed to the Nintendo Switch in 2018. And during the press event, yesterday, it was announced that the game would be released on May 29th in North America, and June 1st in Europe. Penny-Punching Princess

Penny-Punching Princess was initially supposed to be released on March 20th in North America, and March 23rd in Europe, but it’s been delayed. Yesterday, at their annual press event, NIS America announced new release dates for the game:

  • Europe: March 30th
  • North America: April 3rd

SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy

At the annual NIS America press event, yesterday, it was announced that SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy would get character costumes. To be more precise, each character will get 3 costume options:

  • Heroines costume
  • Classic costume
  • Alternative costumes

But that’s not all: you can further customise the characters using additional accessories and customisation options.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana

Yesterday, NIS America revealed that the content of the Nintendo Switch version of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana would be based on the PlayStation 4 version. It will also include the following:

  • Deserted Pirates costumes
  • Tropic Swimwear costumes
  • “Laxia’s Eternian Scholar”
  • six other pieces of cosmetic DLC

Further details about the Nintendo Switch version of the game will be revealed at a later date, but in the mean time, here’s the latest trailer:
