Nintendo 3DS: new Firmware update available (Ver. 11.0.0-33)

Back in March, Nintendo released a new Firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS. Officially, all it did was provide some “improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments […] to enhance the user experience”. But behind the scenes, the update changed quite a few things, but we don’t quite know what it’s all about right now.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like we’re going to know that any time soon. Today, Nintendo released another Firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS, and unfortunately, we don’t know what it does just yet as no changelog is available as of writing. it doesn’t do anything special, just like pretty much all updates in the past year or so.

Here’s the “changelog” for the latest Firmware update (Ver. 11.0.0-33), which don’t really tell us anything about what may have been changed and/or fixed:

Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience

To download this new Firmware (ver. 11.0.0-33) for the Nintendo 3DS, it’s pretty simple. All you have to do is go to System Settings > Other Settings > 5 > System update, while being connected to the internet. The download should take a couple of seconds.
