Monster Hunter X: lots of screens/artworks, commercial, video, more

Website

Yesterday, the official website for Monster Hunter X received a major update, with quite a lot of new content added. To be more precise, there’s screenshots and artworks for the monsters showcased in Famitsu magazine (such as the Gamut and the Hororo-Hururu), but also the four Hunting Styles.

There’s also the list of the 14 types of weapons found in the game, which are the same as in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate 4:

– Sword & Shield
– Dual Blades
– Great Sword
– Long Sword
– Hammer
– Hunting Horn
– Lance
– Gunlance
– Switch Axe
– Insect Glaive
– Charge Blade
– Light Bowgun
– Heavy Bowgun
– Bow

In a previous interview, the developers explained they didn’t add a new weapon because they didn’t want to put the focus on that.

Also, Capcom is going to upload two weapon videos per day, during the next 7 days (until August 7th): we will have a separate post for those, which will be updated as videos are uploaded.

Here’s a first video from the website, which shows some of the weapons in action:

Head after the break for tons of screenshots/artworks from the official website, but also the very first commercial and more videos!

Here’s the many screencaps from the official website:

Today, Capcom uploaded several videos: the very first commercial for Monster Hunter X, a comment video from Daigo (the artist in the commercial), but also the full recording of the Monster Hunter Tokuban 2015 Summer livestream.
