Dragon Quest 30th Anniversary
For the 30th Anniversary of the Dragon Quest series, Square-Enix opened an official Dragon Quest Museum in Tokyo and Osaka. Today, the company announced that the total of visitors since opening has topped 150 000. To celebrate, they’re going to sell some exclusive merchandise.They’re also adding a new diorama, based on a scene from Dragon Quest V.
And to continue the celebrations for the 30th Anniversary, Square-Enix has once more collaborated with the Keihan line: since yesterday, and until January 9th, special Dragon Quest trains are circulating. They play special jingles when the train doors closes and the train departs / arrives, and seats have special Dragon Quest covers on them (there’s 10 of them in total).
