Midnight 2 / Super Destronaut 2: Go Duck Yourself

Midnight 2 (Wii U, Nintendo eShop) comes out this Thursday in North America, but what about Europe? Petit Games explained on YouTube that the game would be released in June in Europe.

In case you missed it, here’s the launch trailer:

Talking of Petit Games, Nintendo News published an interview with them yesterday. It mainly covers Super Destronaut 2: Go Duck Yourself (announced last week), such as the various game modes, whether a Nintendo 3DS port is possible or not, and more. Click here to check it out!

3Souls

Today, Red Column shared the intro song of 3Souls on Soundcloud:

3Souls Episode 1: Nelesa (Wii U eShop) should be released before the end of Q2 2016 in Europe and North America.

Lynn and the Spirits of Inao

Are you a fan of Hayao Miyazaki movies and 2D platformers? If yes, Lynn and the Spirits of Inao is a Kickstarter project you should definitely keep an eye on.

Here’s the description from the developers:

Lynn and the Spirits of Inao is a 2D platform-adventure game which combines a refreshing visual style inspired by Hayao Miyazaki’s films (Spirited Away, Mononoke Princess), with the old school feel of the Super Nintendo/Mega Drive era. Freely explore the mysteries of the island of Inao with the open-world progression system in the vein of the Metroidvania, make your way through Mario and Rayman-style platform levels and enjoy a myriad of side quests.

The game is being developed for PC / Steam, but the developers are also planning to bring it to consoles (including the Wii U). But for that, the Kickstarter will most definitely need to be a success: they need a total of 53 000€, and 1 747€ have been pledged as of writing.
