Fire Emblem if: cover plates and special New Nintendo 3DS package in Japan

This morning, Nintendo had a bit of Fire Emblem if news for us. The company announced that Fire Emblem if would get special cover plates for the New Nintendo 3DS, on June 25th in Japan. It will be the 61th ones, and they will cost 2 500 Yen (roughly 19€ / 21$ / 13£).

But that’s not all: Nintendo will also release a special package on the same day, for the New Nintendo 3DS. It will cost 18 500 Yen (roughly 140€ / 101£ / 155$) and includes:

– a New Nintendo 3DS console (Black);
– the Fire Emblem if cover plates;
– a 16GB MicroSD card.

Unfortunately, we don’t know if the package or the cover plates will be released in Europe and/or North America… then again the western release of Fire Emblem if won’t take place before next year, so it’s a bit too early for Nintendo to make such announcements.
