Dragon Ball Fusions: teaser trailer

Dragon Ball FusionsIf you’re craving for a neat RPG set in the Dragon Ball universe, Dragon Ball Fusions definitely looks like the game for you. This morning, Bandai-Namco finally revealed the very first trailer for it. The company may call it a mere “teaser” trailer, it still shows quite a bit of footage from the game itself.

The trailer starts by talking about the story, which we already talked about in a previous post. Because of the wish of two young boys (the protagonist and his friend), the various universes and eras from the Dragon Ball are suddely brought together. They wanted to created the strongest Budokai in the whole universe, and naturally, your goal in the game is to win that tournament.

The trailer shows the protagonist exploring various areas, and traveling is done by flying (which is definitely going to feel great if controls are done right). He can also be seen talking to several characters. Unfortunately, we don’t get to see much of the battle system at all: no doubt we will have actual details about that in the near future, since it’s one aspect Bandai-Namco hasn’t mentioned once since the initial announcement.

Here’s the teaser trailer for Dragon Ball Fusions:

Bandai-Namco also opened the official website for the game: it can be found there. Unfortunately, it’s pretty much empty right now…

Dragon Ball Fusions (3DS) comes out this year in Japan.
