Famitsu previews

This week, the following games will be featured in Famitsu magazine:

• Gear.Club Unlimited 2 (Nintendo Switch, out this Winter worldwide)
• Langrisser I and II (Nintendo Switch, out on February 7th in Japan)

The latest issue of Famitsu magazine comes out on Thursday in Japan (effectively Wednesday morning/afternoon in North America and Europe respectively).

Ubisoft

Ubisoft has already released quite a few games on Nintendo Switch (8 as of last week), but there’s still more on the way. Unfortunately, the latest batch of games (revealed via the ESRB website, as no official announcement has been made yet) is definitely not going to please anyone not looking for casual fun!

Here’s the 3 games recently rated by the ESRB:

• Sports Party: a sports game featuring golf, frisbee, basketball, beach racquetball, skateboarding, and jet skiing;
• Hasbro Game Night: a compilation including Monopoly, RISK, and Trivial Pursuit Live;
• America’s Greatest Game Shows: Wheel of Fortune & Jeopardy (self-explanatory)

Unfortunately, since Ubisoft has made no official announcement yet, we don’t know anything about those game (price, retail availability, etc.), just that they’re coming to the Nintendo Switch!

Etrian Odyssey Nexus

On Friday, Famitsu released the Etrian Odyssey Nexus Official Perfect Guide in Japan. It costs 2 750 Yen, and offers 440 pages (B5 size) filled with a guide for all the labyrinths (complete with a map and detailed explanations), various charts, a list of quests and mini-events, but also promotional illustrations, illustrations by guest artists, interviews with the developers, and more.
