SEGA & Tokyo 2020 Olympics

Today, SEGA announced that it had acquired the sole worldwide rights to distribute sales of video games based on the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Those rights apply to games (home console, handhelds, PC, online, smartphones), but also business use.

Of course, there will definitely be a Mario & Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics game, and that would have been the case no matter what. As for the other Tokyo 2020 games SEGA is planning to release, we don’t know if any of them will hit a Nintendo platform or not.

Since the 2020 Olympics are taking place in Japan, interest for the Olympics have been at an all-time high in the country. Therefore, it’s not too surprising that SEGA would try and get the rights in the first place.

If your answer to all those questions is yes, then Sapphire Studios has the right thing for you: some wedding rings/bands inspired by The Legend of Zelda.

You can check the various rings and bands on this page, but be warned: they’re all very expensive. The prices range from 360€ to… 3 610€. Ouch. They do have various payment plans, though.
