Xenoblade Chronicles X: tweets of day (March 23rd) + Xenoblade Chronicles 3D details

Xenoblade Chronicles X

Today, Koh Kojima (Director) posted two messages on the official Xenoblade Chronicles X Twitter account, in order to talk about the B.L.A.D.E. Home Area. He explains that they haven’t talked about it much until now, even though it’s a really important location in the game. After all, it’s the player’s home base in both Single Player and online multiplayer.

In other words: players are going to visit the B.L.A.DE. Home Area a lot during the game. It’s for this very reason that they included various customisation options for it (including the one Kojima talked about last Thursday), probably so that players can really feel at home.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3D

Thanks to the official page on Nintendo’s website, we now have some technical details about Xenoblade Chronicles 3D. For starters, the digital version of the game requires 3.6GB of free space on your SD Card: that’s roughly 29 500 blocks. Unless you’re already buying most of your games on the Nintendo eShop, you’re probably going to need to upgrade your SD Card…

Of course, the game is only playable in Single Player (just like the original), but you can create up to 3 different save files. Good news for fans of stereoscopic 3D: this feature will be included (the developers even worked extra hard to make it work!). Finally, only the Shulk amiibo is compatible: as announced previously, it allows you to get tokens, to use in the Collection Mode. You can also collect those via StreetPass.
