Tomodachi Life sells over 1.5 million units in Europe, Friendship Fiesta on July 30th – August 9th
Tomodachi Life came out in June 2014, and has been selling surprisingly well in the West. It’s especially true in Europe, where it managed to sell over 1.5 million units since launch. To celebrate, Nintendo is going to host the Tomodachi Life: Friendship Fiesta from July 30th to August 9th, with various events and surprises.
Here’s the various events planned:
– International StreetPass relay: allows players to meet Miis from all over Europe. It’s a great way to meet new friends, but also buy unique Export items, send your Explorers to far-away places, and more;
– Nintendo 3DS Theme: if you head to one of the Nintendo Zones in Europe, you will be able to get the exclusive Tomodachi Speech Bubble Theme for your Nintendo 3DS;
– StreetPass Puzzle: Nintendo will send a new puzzle for the StreetPass Mii Plaza;
– Nintendo eShop: the game will be on sale (-30%) from July 30th to August 6th.
