The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth coming out on July 23rd in North America

After many years of waiting, The Binding of Isaac is finally about to come out on Nintendo platforms. Back in April, Edmund McMillen announced that The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth had finally been approved by Nintendo, who rejected the original version a few years ago. But things have changed (a lot) since then, and the latest version was finally approved by Nintendo in Summer last year.

And yesterday evening, Nicalis made an announcement that will definitely please fans who have been waiting so long for the game: The Bingding of Isaac: Rebirth is finally ready to be released on Nintendo platforms. It will come out on July 23rd in North America, on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS (as mentionned in April, the regular Nintendo 3DS isn’t powerful enough to run the game properly).

Unfortunately, we don’t quite known when the game will be released in Europe, as the usual rating agencies shenanigans are bound to delay the game in that region (and Nicalis is know for somewhat “extreme” delays in Europe… if there’s a release at all).
